Damage deposit:25% of total rental fee, due with reservation deposit. Pre-paid
damage deposits will be refunded with-in 10 business days after check out,
40% reservation deposit due within 7-days (1-week) of reservation confirmation.
Balance due 14-days (2-weeks) prior to check-in.
3 - night minimum on holiday weekends.

I loved it there. The unit was big and very clean. It was not hard to find ans the staff was nice.
