Our Townhouse is a spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, fully furnished with all the comforts of home and is maintained in excellent condition. There is a carport and 2 car garage. Beach chairs, cart, umbrella & cooler are provided for your enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking sunrises over Lemon Bay from your Living Room or Screened Balcony.
At Live Oaks Landing you can fish from our dock on Lemon Bay, bring your small boat or watercraft which may be docked at our boat slip, enjoy the private heated pool or walk along the six miles of beautiful, white island sand. Be sure to catch the sunsets each evening on the beach.
Live Oaks Landing is a high end townhouse complex which is ideally located within walking distance of several island restaurants, beach shops and convenience store. Major shopping, golfing, etc. are a short distance away on the mainland.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was spacious, pristine & nicely decorated. It seems that the owner (Ken) had thought of everything right down to the internet, phone and a well appointed kitchen. He was right on when he said all you needed was your clothing & personal items. The location, proximity to the beach, walking distance to several restaurants, shopping (Venice, 20 min. away) & the arts (Sarasota, 1 hr away) were an additional bonus. Looking forward to coming back next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

The property was excellent. Clean and well kept (the outside was painted while we were there)! The owner (Ken) was very concerned that we enjoyed ourselves. The free phone and wireless internet was much appreciated. The interior set up was perfect for two couples or a family. Bedrooms were private and separated by being on separate levels. I have a physical disability so really appreciated the walk in shower downstairs. We enjoyed the good restaurant and pubs withing walking distance, and the beach is so close and clean. The pool is small but well kept and enjoys the sun most of the day. All in all an excellent experience.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

A spacious and well appointed condo, spotlessly clean with a most welcoming and accomodating host/owner. Condo is located less than a five minute walk from a beautiful beach and is also walking distance from shops and restaurents.
