  Our stay was excellent as usually! The owner is always so inviting and accomodating! Our experience was perfect! Sun, fun & friends...can't go wrong! The listing & photos are completely accurate and I would definately reccomend this property to everyone I know! We had a great time and will for sure be back!!

  Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  If your're looking for fun, this is the place to go! It is withn walking distance to food, live music, dancing & drinks. Kaye is awesome, down-to-earth, friendly and very accomodating. The dock and tiki hut area is where we spent a great deal of our time. Hot tub was great after a hard day of sunbathing. When we had a house question or problem, it was addressed right away. Dolphins were seen at Hudson beach area. We had a fantastic time - still talking about it. We'll be back!!!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  We were suppose to stay a full week to the 9th, but due to an emergency of our daughter we were going to have to leave on Mon. the 5th. Told the owner this and she returned $200.00 to us, but due to the filthy rugs, mold in the bathroom around the tub, black bugs I found on the pillows in one of the bedrooms, we just decided to leave on Sun. morning instead. I would suggest to the owner that she completely revamp this place or replace this modular home with a more updated one as the tiki hut and patio in the back is quite cute. All we did is sleep in this place the two nites we were there. Due to this unfortunate experience, we will never go through VRBO for a vacation rental again.

  Owner response: Why would you not tell me these things you found not to your satisfaction instead of posting them on here? It is an older place and those things could have been replaced while you were there if you were not happy. I am in no position to tear this place down and rebuild. My neighbor, who you saw everyday, said you did not mention any of these things to him. I have asked him to replace the tub because that was the only thing I have not replaced when I did the remodel of the kitchen and floors. As far as bugs you said you saw on one of the pillows, I have a contract with terminix and they come often to inspect. I am calling them today to come again. I have never had any complaints and this has really upset me that you would not tell me or Cole in person. How could you not do that?

  Myself (JOHN) and my lovely wife along with our friends spent 3 days at the cottage. The weather was great . I was able to put the boat in the water and leave it all weekend. Short run to Anclote Ket and other areas of good fishing and great site seeing. Kaye was a most gracious host. Very friendly atmosphere all around. I woul tell anyone I know to go here and have a great time with the family or a great getaway for just you and the spouse. Thanks Kaye for a excellent time.

  Owner response: Thanks John, We enjoyed you being with us too. You taught us a lot about fishing and how to rig our poles. Cole has really gotten into the shark fishing. We have been taking the renters now whenever they request to go...for a small donation of course. My plans are to now get my Captain's license in September.

  It was sooo much fun here. My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and we had a blast and not to mentio the owner Kaye is a blastShe lives next door and if you have any problems or anything she is right on it. She is fun to hang with and have a few cold ones and go dancing with she will certainly let you know where to go and what to do that is fun. We are looking forward to going back for sure! our 1 year anniversary is coming up and I am hopeing we can go back.

  I have stayed here and the owner is sooo wonderful and amazing! She definately likes to have fun and wants her guests to do the same!! Don't pass up a chance to go out on her boat! She knows everything about the water. The tiki bar/waterfront restaurant I think its called "Sam's" is lots of fun too! Try the place out! You won't regret it!

  We spent 6 weeks in 2010 at this house and just loved every minute of our stay. The over-sized dock provides ample space for outdoor activities and entertainment and the sun is on the dock from early morning until late afternoon. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Our landlady lives right next door and will go out of her way to make your stay comfortable and fun. We plan on coming back to this location and would not hesitate to rent this wonderful little gem of a house. The house is actually a lot more spacious then it appears on the internet.

  I must say the owner of this property is more than just accomodating!! You couldn't ask for a more pleasant stay. They make sure you're very well taken care of. I would stay here again and agian. Very pleasant experience. Thank You for a wonderful Stay!!

  My family just enjoyed a week at this location. It was wonderful. The docks are spacious, with lots to enjoy. The kids loved the diving board and slide off the dock. The owners live next door and are great too. Full access to their swimming pool - which is just the right size. They are more than willing to accomodate your stay.
