The 4,300 square foot home is filled with exotic and beautiful furniture, and the spacious floor plan allows for privacy and relaxation.
With a half-acre of gardens and architectural stonework, the yard and rose gardens allow for peace and renewal outdoors. The South-facing backyard provides all day sun. Several fruit trees occupy the grounds, including Plum, Lime, Orange, and Pear trees. A large spa is located among the gardens, and is great for evening star-gazing.
Each of the 5 rooms has its own private bathroom. The designer master bedroom with King bed is on the garden side of the home, and boasts a spacious walk-through closet. The other bedrooms are also tastefully appointed with art and specimen furniture. A separate guest house is nestled next to the rose garden. A private living area with flat screen TV makes the guest house a great place to escape the bustle of the house.
The kitchen is large, and has a great dining area for casual meals. It has all the appliances, cooking items, and specialty items a gourmet chef needs. Adjacent to kitchen is a family/media room with comfy seating and a 42" TV, DVD with surround sound.
In the heart of the home are the living room and dining room areas. A sense of ease settles in as you lounge in the chic yet relaxed furnishings. Ample artwork and books will stimulate your creative side. Ponder new ideas while enjoying a fire in the living room. Love the sound of the fountain and the crickets at night. I never sleep with the windows open at home but felt very safe to do so here. We were able to spread out and let time go by.
