If you are looking for a fun filled vacation or if you are in need of a relaxing escape, then this beautiful executive villa is what you are looking for. If you wish to escape from the theme parks, shopping or golf courses you can relax by the south west facing pool and spa.It has a large covered lanai for when the sun gets a little too hot and provides plenty of shade especially for the small children and there is a safety screen to keep the little ones away from the water. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs and a gas BBQ for dining alfresco in the evenings.
Our spacious air conditioned single story villa which is situated on an oversized plot within the exclusive Orange Tree community is furnished to a high standard with cable TV’s in all the bedrooms and lounge and there is also an internet connection for those that want to bring their laptop on vacation. If after you have relaxes or the children still need further activities we have now added a Games Room.
Our villa has 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool area and 1 double bedroom with adjoining bathroom. There are 2 twin bedded rooms which share the fourth bathroom. There is a free safe for the storing of valuables. All linen, towels and hairdryers are provided and it is also equipped with baby equipment all free of charge. The light and spacious lounge overlooks the pool and is equipped with 2 sofas (1 is a queen sleeper sofa), armchair, cable TV, DVD and stereo system. The formal dining area has seating for 6. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay and adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast nook with seating for 4. The villa is maintained by a local property management company who are only a phone call away.
Within the peaceful Orange Tree community there is a 5 acre park where you will find a soccer pitch, tennis courts, basketball court and 2 children’s play area. The community is surrounded by a conservation area and orange groves but is only 15 minutes to Disney and only a couple of minutes to supermarkets, restaurants, banks and championship golf courses.
It is also only 5 minutes from Lake Louise State park where you will find nature trails, walking trails, cycling, fishing and boating. It is accessible to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts. For the serious shoppers it is easily accessible to the shopping malls of Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall and the new mall at Posner Park (junction of I4 and 27) and the new shops on the US 27 at Clermont.

Why the Owner Chose Orange Tree
We chose our home as it is in a quiet location which is safe for young children and it is within easy reach of the Interstate 4 and Disney and all the other theme parks. It is also very central for all our golf playing guests as we are surrounded by several golf courses.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We enjoy staying at our luxury furnished villa which enable us to relax by our south west facing pool and spa and we also have other facilities on site which include tennis and basketball courts, soccer pitch and tot lots for the young ones. We have now also added a Games Room for when we feel like further activities. It is also close to shops and restaurants.

We have had a wonderful 2 weeks and its being lovely to stay in such homely and comfortable surroundings. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the Games Room after they had gone to bed. The villa is beautiful and we'd recommend this villa to anyone thinking of a Florida holiday. The location is great and everything was very easy to find and quick to reach. The property is well maintained and has lots of 'little touches' that make it feel and look every inch a luxury villa.
