Maureen, thank you very very much for letting us enjoy your wonderful house. We loved it, and everything about the area. The smell of Orange trees, the quiet neighbour hoods. It was so awesome. We have had a wonderful 2 weeks and its being lovely to stay in such homely and comfortable surroundings. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the Games Room after they had gone to bed. The villa is beautiful and we'd recommend this villa to anyone thinking of a Florida holiday. The location is great and everything was very easy to find and quick to reach. The property is well maintained and has lots of 'little touches' that make it feel and look every inch a luxury villa.

Happy New Years! Our stay in this villa has been nothing but wonderful. We've stayed on other villas beofre but this one is by far our favourite. It was the perfect vacation home away from home on our first winter holiday season in Orlando. We really hope to return to Orlando and especially this villa soon.

We are just finishing our week long visit and we are all very tired but happy. We have definitely enjoyed our time here. The wireless in the house was an awesome bonus and we were able to send messages to family back home on Christmas Day. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your very comfortable villa. The house is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location is ideal with many restaurants and supermarkets close by. Great location for Disney Parks. Wireless internet worked well and was a great bonus. All in all we have had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed coming home to this lovely villa.

We have had a great time here staying at the Orange Tree Villa. The villa is just fantastic, so homely, fab pool and spa. Our girls loved swimming straight out of the lounge into the pool. This is our second time visiting Orlando and staying in a villa is much better than a hotel. We will hopefully return and we recommend this fantastic villa to everyone.

Well, Maureen, we leave your lovely home tomorrow. Have spent some time today sitting out on the patio and packing. I hate to leave!! We have enjoyed your home very much and put a few suggestions in your guest book. But all in all, it's one of the best places we've rented in the 14 years we've been coming to FL. We started with only one week and now hope to be back for 2-3 months next year. If we did want to rent for 2-3 months, would you rent for that length of time? Just wanted to add that we really enjoyed being able to park our car in the garage at night, the gas grill (thank you) and the whole ambiance of the house. Thank you,
