Completely remodeled with marble countertops and Travertine floors, new carpet throughout. The house is single level with no interior steps except for one single step down into the theater room. The two Master suites are split on opposite ends. This home has it all with a large living room with big screen tv, Movie room with theater seating and big screen TV, Home office with wifi, Eat in Kitchen, Arizona room with elliptical trainer and pool table, Inside Laundry, 3 full baths and a Backyard Paradise!
Kitchen has coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with automatic ice maker and water dispenser, 2 dishwashers on either side of sink, new stove, and microwave. Marlbe counter tops, travertine floors.
The inside is only eclipsed by the backyard with huge 53' lap pool and diving board. Travertine deck with built-in spa. Grass & palms accent this huge Backyard, which also includes an outdoor BBQ/Grill area.
2 Master suite's both with private bathrooms, sitting areas, and walk-in closets.
Pool table room located near the rear of the house overlooking the pool and backyard.
Home completely renovated in July 2008. POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR $60 PER DAY IF YOU CHOOSE. Heating is available Nov.-April. DUE TO THE SIZE (53 FT.) Why the Owner Chose Ahwatukee
We chose this location for our home because we love the Ahwatukee Community. Ahwatukee is nestled south of South Mountain Park and The Gila River Indian Land. It is a beautiful area that is close shopping, theaters, and only 10-15 minutes to the airport, yet seperate and quiet compared to the Main part of Phoenix. Hiking and biking trails through South Mountain Park are just minutes walk from the front door.

We own and lived in this home from 1996 until Summer of 2008. We renovated the entire house at the end of 2008 and decided to use it as a Vacation Rental while we worked on another home. The floors are travertine, new carpet, new paint, marble countertops throughout. Our favorite part of the house is the backyard (which we miss dearly!) We built the 53' pool and landscaped with large palms, grass and a built in BBQ. The lot is spacious and backs to a wash for added privacy. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

We stayed for a week in October and had 3 couples plus small children. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The backyard is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The inside of the house is very attractive, clean and well maintained. The owner was immediately responsive when we called on a minor issue. The location is also great with grocery stores, restaurants and shopping nearby. The airport is no more than 20 minutes away. It was also nice to walk from the house to hiking on South Mountain. We would definitely stay here again!

My family of four stayed at this house from Christmas to New Year's in 2010. The house is overall very nice and well-appointed. My kids (teenagers) loved the home theater and had a great time with the pool table as well. We had our family over for Christmas dinner (14 people) and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the patio area including the gas fire pit and the gas grill. The hot tub was great (we did not use the pool). The house is in a great neighborhood, with other very nice homes, and is walking distance to South Mountain Park where there are miles of hiking trails. Highly recommend.

We spent two weeks this summer and had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable and very clean. Our 4 kids had a blast in the huge pool and enjoyed the theatre room every night, the adults enjoyed the pool and the great barbecue area and of course the pool table. This house was so much more than we expected. The upscale neighborhood itself is worth the stay and we spent many nights just walking around and looking at all the beautiful and unique homes. The house was stunning and well above our expectations- from the furnishings to the finishings and so super clean even my clean freak wife was happy! The backyard was stunning with the huge pool and citrus trees. Can't wait to come back next year!

Our family of 10 loved every moment of our two week stay. The house and very large pool were well kept and didn't disappoint on any level. The diving board was a nice bonus and kept both the adults and grandchildren well entertained. A fun house for just hanging out and bonding with the family. We also loved the upscale neighborhood and enjoyed evening walks in the warm Arizona air. Excellent location and very convenient. The owner was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to rent from. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the area and highly recommend this property. Wonderful vacation home!!!

My family (10 people) got together at this property over Thanksgiving. The home was beautiful, the pool was wonderful, and the owners were great to work with. OMG... what an amazing weekend. Even though we live in Phoenix, we had out of town guest to entertain and our small home would have forced them to get a hotel.
