Our beautiful Palm Valley Country Club home is light, bright and immaculate, as well as upgraded for your convenience and comfort. It also is in a great location. Palm Valley C.C. is a private, guarded and gated community. The "Willow" is the largest floor plan with nearly 2500 square feet. This most popular floor plan has 3 beautiful, large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a full private bath, with an additional guest bath near the living area. The single story has an attached double car garage; the only model with an attached garage, with inside entry. All bedrooms have Plantation shutters, as well as ceiling fans.
The spacious, open living room is mirrored with cathedral ceilings and has a gorgeous golf course view, including a "serene" water feature. The Santa Rosa Mountains make a lovely back drop to the panoramic view. The living area has a gas fire place and a mirrored wet bar. An entertainment center completes the needs of the whole family (TV-DVD-CD/Radio-Nintendo)
The kitchen is very efficient, as well as equipped with every utensil and appliance of your choice, including a built in "warmer oven drawer". A walk-in pantry is a real asset to the kitchen, as well as a built-in desk (unlimited telephone calling and internet service is included). The lovely dining room is delightfully furnished with a skylight and high beam ceilings, as well as a mirrored wall that makes the room very dramatic for entertainment.
For the more cozy area to enjoy meals, we have a morning room. It is furnished with a lovely corner glass table with 4 chairs that look on to the incredible view. The morning room also has a comfortable L-shape sofa to relax, after meals. The room is equipped with an entertainment center (TV-DVD/VCR-CD/radio) that is visible from the kitchen.
The luxurious master suite is beautifully furnished with a touch of Tommy Bahama. The master bath is equipped with a large Jacuzzi tub, as well as a large separate shower. The walk-in closet is oversized. A skylight enhances natural daylight in the bathroom, in addition to a spacious dual vanity. The master bedroom has an entertainment center (TV-DVD/VCR-CD/radio). The master also has a private patio.
The secondary bedrooms, both have twin beds, that convert (upon request)to king size beds, with matching bedding. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, with cathedral ceilings that creates an open, spacious feeling to each room. One is complete with TV/DVD.
One of our highlights is our new expanded, private patio, with built-in stainless barbecue. The patio is upgraded with 20" tiles
and enclosed with a low wrought-iron enclosure that does not block your view. A great setting for entertaining guest. The patio furniture includes a table/4 chairs and 2 chaise lounge.
Palm Valley C.C. has 47 swimming pools/spas and 1 Olympic size pool at the clubhouse. The closest pool is approx. 150 feet away from our home. There are many beautiful public golf courses nearby, however the 3 (within 6 min.) are: Marriott Desert Springs, Desert Willow, Desert Falls. Another 3 courses (6 to 12 minutes) are: Marriott Shadow Ridge, Indian Wells and the Classic Club.
