Our son attends the Naval Academy and we wanted a place that he could relax for the weekend. Normally we get a hotel room when we visit, but they are so limited with space. The house is beautifully decorated and so well stocked. The neighborhood is very nice, very close to the water, beautiful and parking is fantastic. The location is very close to downtown, easy to get around, right in the heart of Annapolis! The owner is awesome! So easy to work with. This is the first house we have rented in Annapolis and plan on renting again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Stollmen's property in Annapolis. This is an historic row of townhouse nestled in a really quiet area within walking distance to everything. From the high-end kitchen, to fantastic master bed, to the organic bathroom products, we appreciated every fine detail. We rented this home for a wedding near by, and the house rental afforded us plenty of room for a sleepover with my bridesmaids. The next morning we made flower arrangements with plenty of workspace, and plenty of street parking. Mr. Strollmen was so very easy to work with, and extremely responsive. When we accidentally left some things behind, he let us return to get them. Overall, this was so much better than a hotel. Free wi-fi, cable, full kitchen, backyard with grill, and within walking distance to everything. Thanks so much Mr. Stollmen!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We stayed here with friends while attending the sailboat show. The house is a true "home" with a comfortable feel and more amenties than we have ever had in any other rental! The house is in a quiet location to stroll around and get a bite to eat. When you want to go into "town" you can walk or catch the water taxi up the street. All in all this was a great rental with Steve being very easy to deal with. We would recommend his home to anyone coming to the Annapolis area and would stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is truly a home, and not some place that is a minimally furnished shell of a rental property. It is clear that the owner of this home cares about how it looks and that the guests feel like they are at home. As a sailor who races, I loved the race photos and furnishings! The blue Navy blankets are a great touch. Thanks for opening up your home and creating such a clean and welcoming place to stay. We love Annapolis and this was a first class way to stay during our visit.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This place was perfect. This is the first VRBO property we have rented where the rental was better than the pictures. The owner is delightful to work with, the unit was immaculate, every appliance was updated, available and plentiful. The interior exposed brick from the original row house was my favorite part and it offered a "loft" like feeling. Perfectly located to walk everywhere and is in a neighborhood with some amazing restaurants for all food types. We enjoyed the back patio for entertaining some MIdshipmen and their families. The place flows really well. Grab this one while you can folks!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
