Tropical Shores Villa II is a newly renovated spacious canal front home in a side by side villa house with a heated pool. Everything you need for a family vacation is here in your home away from home –boat dock, WIFI, bikes, kayaks, water and miles of sand! Come create lasting memories in our tropical retreat located in a quiet mid island neighborhood.
Villa II is decorated in a bright, tropical theme. The first floor provides a large living room with a 37" flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player as well as a pull out sleeper sofa. The dining room has seating for 8 with 4 additional seats at the bar. A new kitchen with granite countertops is equipped for all your cooking needs. Also on the first floor is a large BR with a queen bed, seating area and views of the pool and canal.
Upstairs consists of 2 large bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 bunk beds(twin/twin and twin/full), TV with play station and private bath – perfect for kids! We also have a portable pack ‘n play and a booster seat for our youngest visitors.
The Master BR comes with a king bed, large closets, 27" flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom. Also attached is a private balcony overlooking the pool, canal and bay – perfect for a morning coffee or evening cocktail! Private no-see-um screened Lanai. Pool, Kayaks and bikes are shared with other Villa.
The fenced in pool (pool toys included) is a great place to cool off or relax. Private boat docks can accommodate boats up to 20 ft. Enjoy nature at its finest while fishing from our dock. Kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, toys and beach caddy are all provided to make your stay complete.
Tropical Shores Villa II is conveniently located within walking distance to the beautiful sands of the gulf and trolley stops for easy access to Times Square, shopping, restaurants and Lover’s Key.

LOCATION: Fort Myers Beach is located immediately between two of the top ten Florida beaches; Sanibel for shelling and Lover's Key for eco-tours. However, the soft white sugary sands of For Myers Beach may keep you local. Fishing, sailing, windsurfing, para-sailing, kayaking, dolphin, bird, manatee watching are only a few local activities. Walk to the community pool/mini-water park, library with a beautiful shell collection, grocery store and several restaurants. Bike or trolley ride to Time Square for shopping and many more restaurants.
