Nestled in the cliffs overlooking the ocean, this 2 bedroom penthouse offers panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez, the Baja coastline and the Arch at Land's End. Located at Misiones del Cabo, the resort offers an exceptional beach location, dramatic views, safe swimming on a private beach (a 2 minute walk from the condo) swimming pool with swim-up bar, a restaurant, 2 lighted tennis courts and a guarded, gated entrance with 24 hour security.
Our newly remodeled, non-smoking 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo comes with 2 master bedrooms furnished with king size beds and attached master bathrooms, including upgraded towels and linens. And yes, you can hear the sounds of the ocean as you sleep at night.
The large kitchen features all new GE appliances including large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Each room has its own remote controlled air conditioning. The balcony is equipped with a propane BBQ and there is even a washer and dryer in the condo for your use. A wall safe is included for your convenience.
The living room comes complete with a Samsung 42 inch plasma, a Dish Network system that receives over 100 channels including ESPN, HBO, Showtime and over 80 channels of Sirius music channels. The 850 watt Sony sound system includes a surround sound DVD and CD player and an MP3 player.
This is one of the few condos at Misiones with a private, hard wired, broadband internet line, and private wi-fi!
Costco is located less than a mile away, and with the addition of a Walmart with groceries, CCC, Sam's Club, Sarionas and Mega super markets nearby, you'll be able to purchase almost any grocery item you need.
Misiones is a very relaxing resort. If you like to party hard, drink shots of tequila and play loud music by the pool, Misiones is not for you. However, if you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation with family or friends, I think you'll find Misiones to be the perfect place.

Why the Owner Chose Misiones del Cabo
The view is what sold me on this condo. I love waking up in the morning to the sights and sounds of the ocean, and we have a 180 degree view of the ocean, including Land's End. And now with the remodel complete and the addition of Dish Network and a hi speed internet line, I have everything I need to make my vacation home complete for me and my guests.

I've been traveling to Cabo for many years, mainly for the fantastic fishing and beautiful golf courses. Several years ago I decided that if I could find the perfect condo I would buy it. I had rented condos all over Los Cabos, but I especially enjoyed my time at Misiones, and decided this was the resort where I wanted to spend my vacations.

Our visit was Jan 7th thru 17th. It was a very nice condo with the best views of sunrise and sunsets. The beach was very private and a good place to snorkel. The guys did the zip line with Cabo Adventures and had fun while the gals watched the dolphin shows, had a massage, lunch and shopped. There were lots of whales to watch from our balcony. Day trips were to Todos Santos ( the road was under construction, wait until its finished) and San Jose del Cabo (smaller less tourists had a great farmers market on Saturday.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

We had a great time at your condo and everything was better than what we imagined. The views at the condo were wonderful with lots of whales. Your condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The weather was great as always.Both Wendy and I were extremely pleased with all the facilities at the condo and of course everyone we talked to were very helpful. The fishing was great and I accomplished to get my son his first marlin 9' 160lbs. It was great to have the kids down and they too were very impressed with your condo. Hopefully everything at the condo was left to your liking as we will want to rent again next year only this time for 10 days or 2 weeks if all goes well at work. Thank you very much for your help and hospitality.

We stayed in this condo from Feb. 6th through the 12th 2011. Condo very clean and very well stocked with dishes, linens, beach towels, etc. Just a lovely location. Close to the pools. Photo's on the listing are correct; even better in person. Had a terrific stay. Would recommend this property to our friends and family

The place is amazing. From its stylish furnishings, comfortable beds, wrap around large balcony with arch views and clifss views to the south it's paradise. The resort is quiet and well maintained with friendly staff. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were so amazed at the personal touches that Bob did while we stayed at Misiones...to the adorable welcome note, to leaving us directions as to where to go, and having the fridge filled with goodies! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect honeymoon and first get a way as husband and wife....I would highly recommend it to anyone : )

WE STAYED AT THIS CONDO DEC 30- JAN 7,2010 AND IT WAS WONDERFUL. ENJOYED THE HOME STERO WHILE SITTING ON THE PATIO IN THE DAY AND BIG SCREEN TV IN THE EVENING . We just got back from a long weekend in Los Cabos and it couldn't have been better. We stayed at Bob & Lynn's place at Misiones Los Cabos and it was absolutely fabulous! The condo was spotless, recently renovated, and had the most amazing view of Cabo. We actually saw a whale diving about right in front of the condo on our last day...it was amazing. The condo had beautiful views, and was located on a very mellow resort. The two pools were great too. We met two other couples (our age) that were fun to hang out with! One of our favorite restaurants, Sunset Mona Lisa, is also on the property. Lastly, Bob & Lynn made a run to Costco/Walmart for us, getting us everything we needed for a successful vacation! This is a great condo. This was our second trip to Cabo and our second stay at Le Misiones and we were not disappointed. The condo is totally updated, spacious for two couples or a family and the view is spectacular (bring your binoculars). It has all the amenities you could need and was clean and ready for us with beer in the fridge upon our arrival. The resort is quiet, clean and close to the main city if you want some nightlife and shopping. I highly recommend it and will return for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay in your penthouse at Missiones Del Cabo. The view is stunning - from El Arco to the beaches along the Corridor. We watched the sun rise, the moon set, cruise ships arrive and depart, dolphins, whales, seabirds, and boats of all kinds - all from the luxury of the top floor balcony patio of a stylish building in a great convenient location in Cabo San Lucas. Your penthouse has all the amenities we could ask for, and the complex had two great pools for our after golf cool down, eats, drinks, and lounging. Having one of Cabo's best restaurants right next door - Sunset Mona Lisa (which we remembered as Da Giorgio's) - was a treat. On top of all that we had the best nights of sleep we've had in a long time. You have a little slice of Sea of Cortez heaven there. We'll be back! Thanks!

This vacation will be treasured for a lifetime with some very special memories of CABO SAN LUCAS. From the swim up palata bar-eating fish tacos to walking next door to the world famous Sunset Mona Lisa Restaurant-dining on seafood and pasta. From sitting on the patio-watching the whales migrate to Alaska to sipping margaritas-while watching all the sailboats and pangas returning from fishing. But most of all the relaxing at the condo and just doing nothing. Thank you for hosting us at a vey special place on the Sea of Cortez.
