Be as active or as relaxed as you like, because everything is set up to make you feel at home. Three Bedrooms and a pull out queen size sleeper will accommodate 8 people. Two full bathrooms upstairs and a powder room downstairs mean no lines for the bathroom! If you choose to stay in for meals, a full kitchen and outdoor gas grill make preparing meals a snap. Relax and eat on the patio or sit down in the eat in kitchen/dining room.
Beach chairs and sand toys are available so you don't have to bring them. There are plenty of movies (DVD and VCR) to watch on the two televisions or enjoy drinks in the screened in porch. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Colony
Like most people, our family discovered Bethany Beach and Sea Colony through word of mouth. Our first trip a Delaware beach town was to Rehoboth, not Bethany, because we thought we wanted the excitement of a big beach and boardwalk. We did not fully anticipate the crowded beach and hectic pace. Fortunately, the following year we were introduced to Sea Colony and Bethany Beach. What a difference! A private beach with an outdoor pool just a few steps away, friendly crowds that are not overwhelming, bicycle rides with little or no traffic. We could play tennis, swim at the pool, and sun at the beach in the same morning.....We realized we did not need a big town for our vacation, just quality time among caring people and families looking to relax, just like us. We arrived back home refreshed like no other vacation had been able to accomplish and purchased our unit that Fall.

My family and I live in Northern New Jersey, just outside of NYC. Along with my wife Christine, we have two wonderful children that enjoy tennis, swimming and bike rides which makes Sea Colony the perfect place for us. Of course my wife likes the tax free shopping, and I enjoy the outstanding local dining after earning the calories on the tennis court(I have actually found the best hand made margaritas at a local restaurant)
