Entertain and relax on the huge open covered Tiki deck, right outside the spacious living room. Sunbathe on the stone decks around the pool, or on the private beach surrounded by water. Swim in the private natural lagoon-style pool with four cascading waterfalls. The swim-up pool bar under the Tiki hut, with beach-type entry, a hidden waterfall grotto for two or more, and beautiful tropical landscaping truly capture the essence of private island living in the Keys.
Pass through the private security gate onto the most magnificent setting in the Keys (This estate is where the movie “True Lies” was filmed!). The three bedroom, two bathroom island style home is located on 2 acres with tennis and basketball court, private drive, and plenty of parking, including boat trailers. The master bedroom features king bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. The Ocean View guest room features a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a double bed PLUS a twin bunk bed (A GREAT 'KIDS ROOM'). With a queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room, a total of 10 people may be accommodated.
IDEAL DOCKAGE FOR BOATERS
A beautiful and private boat basin accommodates several boats and/or PWC, up to approximately 32 feet in length, with Outboard Engines. An on-site boat ramp allows you to launch here, with abundant parking for vehicles and trailers. This perfect oceanfront location is only 3 miles from American Shoals Reef and several wrecks, where you find great bottom fishing and diving. We find great Hogfish, Snapper, Spanish Mackerel and Lobster inside the reef, right off our shore. Plus, these flats are home to the annual ‘worm hatch’ which attracts awesome size and quantity of Tarpon! Offshore find great Grouper, Snapper, King Mackerel, Sailfish, Dolphin, and Marlin fishing with the occasional Wahoo.
After a day on the water, return home to your private and protected basin, clean your fish at our dockside cleaning station, jump in the pool with a cool libation, and later grill your catch for dinner.

Locally, you will find several good restaurants, watering holes with entertainment, and convenient shops, post office, bank, etc. Additionally, on this remote part of Sugarloaf Beach, you will find two beautiful walking/biking trails in the nearby Nature Preserves.
Sugarloaf Airport is convenient for private pilots, and provides an exhilarating skydiving experience!
