Imagine waking up to the most spectacular panoramic view of four states and serene Lake Rabun. The sunrises are too beautiful for words from this amazing luxury mountain top home.

Located in a very unique, exclusive gated community. From the top of Rabun Bluffs you can enjoy a relaxing morning cup of coffee on the expansive outdoor deck to start your day. Near world famous Tallulah Gorge State Park where you can hike, bird watch. With a special permit acquired at the park you can venture into the gorge. Enjoy local hiking, skiing, sightseeing, water activities. Bring your own boat and you can enjoy a day on Lake Rabun and then retire to the quiet of the mountain top. Relax and enjoy a movie or shoot pool in the recreation room.

There is whitewater rafting available on the Chattooga River. It is 12 miles east of Clayton, GA. In the fall, enjoy the radiant colors of leaf season. In the winter enjoy local snow tubing. Take a drive to the Cataloochee Ski Resort (approximately a 75 minute drive) and spend the day on the slopes.

  • We stayed for a long weekend...and wished we could have stayed forever. The views are breathtaking...we just sat and looked out over four states...what views. The sunrise is a sight to behold. We rented a boat and toured the clean and amazing Lake Rabun. The house is immaculate...all the ammenites of home. Great gated community...located close to amny many sights to visit. We will be back to watch the Autumn leaves...the owners ssaid to book early as October November fills up fast.

  • My husband and I stayed the week after Christmas. We had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and comfortably furnished. Great views! We couldn't get the DVD player on large screen downstairs to work - but who needs DVDs with that view? Owners were very accomodating and easy to deal with. We would definitely go back
