With miles and miles to explore of unspoiled beaches; where turtles nest and pelicans fish, you can relax and unwind. Or you might just choose to sit on your wrap around balcony watching the sunrise over the Ocean.
This South-east corner Condo will be your home away from home and your base of operations as you investigate all that Florida's Treasure Coast has to offer.Unfortunately our Condo Association's Rules do not allow weekly rentals; monthly rentals are the minimum.
The fully-equipped kitchen with service for 8 and the tastefully decorated living/dinning area with its floor to ceiling views of sky, dunes and ocean will surround you with the sunlight and gentle breezes that make Florida truly a paradise.
The Master suite, with its own bath and dressing area, walk-in-closet, king size bed, cable T.V. and private door leading to the balcony will sooth and renew your spirit as you fall asleep to the sounds of the sea and awake to the sunrise through your huge picture window. The guest bedroom can be converted from a queen size bed to two twin beds depending on your needs and comes with its own cable T.V. Adjacent to this bedroom is a bathroom with a walk in shower. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer stack pack, as well as beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bags.
Located on quiet, tranquil South Hutchinson Island, a relatively undiscovered Florida barrier beach, you are still never far from civilization and all that it has to offer; one hour from West Palm Beach, two hours from Disney World and the Kennedy Space Center. Just over the causeway in Jensen Beach are the shops and department stores of the Treasure Coast Mall, Movie Theaters, The Lyric Playhouse in Stuart and the Sunrise in Fort Pierce. If golfing is on your agenda there are no less than 20 championship style golf courses in the immediate area that are open to the public, with prices varying according to the season.
The Treasure Coast is also the Spring Training local for many Major League Teams: The N.Y. Mets,only a short 1/2hr drive away at Tradition Field here in St. Lucie County and the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins at Roger Dean Stadium, 40 min. away in Jupiter.
The quaint town of Stuart only 20 min. away is the Sailfish Capital of Florida and fishing charters are located there as well as in Fort Pierce and Jensen Beach. The Treasure Coast is also home to numerous museums, nature trails for hiking, kayaking on the Indian River Lagoon, Farmers Markets and Art galleries to explore as well as many festivals and cultural events.

About the owner: We are full time Florida residents, who retired from New York, 7 years ago. We love the Florida life style and all our sunny State has to offer. My wife is on our Condo Association Board and is involved in the life of our Community.
Why the Owner Chose Jensen Beach:
We had spent many wonderful vacations on Hutchinson Island before we bought and have relatives that own on the Island as well. We would be living full time in our Condo since we both love the ocean, but we also love our dogs and sadly our Condo doesn't alllow them. So tht makes it perfect for those of you who would like to escape the cold winters up North to spend some time in our beach front home, enjoying the some things we do all year.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The Beach is right outside your door, just over the walk over. Since we are a corner unit the ocean is visable from all the main rooms. You will wake up to the sunrise and relax on your balcony to the afternoon sunset.
