New Villa on the beach in Sapodilla Bay's private community of Harbour Gates. You will be astounded by the turquoise view that greets you when you walk through the front door. Sapodilla Bay has the whitest, softest sand that you have ever walked on. The beach is very secluded and you will often be the only ones there. The bay is calm and shallow for a long distance out and is a great swimming beach for both children and adults. A short, winding boardwalk takes you the few steps from the pool to the sand. At the end of the day, this sought after beachfront location offers unobstructed, magnificent sunsets.
Fodors Review:
'The best of the many secluded beaches and pristine sands around Provo can be found at Sapodilla Bay, a peaceful 1/4 mile cove protected by Sapodilla Hill, where calm waves lap against the soft sand, and yachts and small boats move with the gentle tide.'
Just steps from the glorious beach of Sapodilla Bay, the main level deck offers space for outdoor dining, lounging, reading and swimming in the pool The deck is surrounded by flowers and lush island vegetation and provides seclusion from the outside world. It is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the ocean.
The house has three bedroom suites with ocean views, each bedroom with a private bath. Fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the sandy beach. The first floor bedroom has a king-sized 4-poster bed and opens onto the patio and pool. One upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other has two twin beds that can optionally be made up as a king-sized bed. Each upstairs bedroom has built-in mahogany dressers and they both open onto a pergola-covered balcony with a breathtaking view. All of the bathrooms have hardwood vanities and counter tops made from local island conch shells. Each bedroom has a vaulted cathedral ceiling with beams hand painted the color of the Caribbean sea. Bedrooms offer both air-conditioning* and ceiling fans.
The kitchen cabinetry was custom made on the island and includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and is furnished with all cooking essentials. Outside by the pool is a grill and bar refrigerator. But when you don't want to cook or grill, there is a lovely water-side restaurant and bar you can walk to. This restaurant is on the shore of Chaulk Sound National Park and also offers kayak and canoe rentals and sunset boat charters. And there is always the option of a short drive to any of the island's other restaurants, ranging from very casual to sophisticated gourmet.
The open design of the house allows a view of the ocean from every room, beginning the minute you walk through the entrance. The 32 foot wall of glass doors that encloses the kitchen and living area completely opens onto the screened porch, pool and deck. If you choose, you can also open the remote-controlled wall of screens and fully enjoy the outdoor space. The best of modern living! The entertainment area has a flat-screen TV with 33 cable channels, DVD player, and stereo where you can plug in your iPod or MP3 player
Our pool has a gradual 'beach entry' access, another plus for children. The pool uses a new salt-generating system instead of chlorine and is very gentle on the skin and eyes. The pool deck has a table for alfresco dining and there are enough pool chairs and loungers for everyone.
For scuba divers, there is great wall diving and is what originally brought us to these islands. Check out Provo Turtle Divers. There is also access on the island to a casino, water sports, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, golf, para-sailing, and horseback riding on the beach. Rental price includes a meeting at the Providenciales International Airport upon your arrival by the local property management company who will lead you to the villa. The island management staff will be on-island to answer any questions or assist in any way during your stay.
If you are not familiar with Turks and Caicos, it is a chain of islands, with Providenciales (the island Villa Blue Heaven is on) the primary tourist island. Many major airlines fly into the Providenciales International Airport. The villa is about 15 minutes from the airport. We've been coming to these island for ten years and would be happy to share recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. This is a world class island and there is something here for everyone.
The pictures do not do justice to the beauty and tranquility of this location. Enjoy romantic privacy on this quiet beach away from the condos and hotel crowds. Let our dream home be your dream vacation home. We promise you won't be disappointed.
*Air conditioning in the bedrooms is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open and is charged back to the guests at cost.

We had a fabulous time!!! It was so hard to leave your beautiful home! The water temp was perfect in the pool and in the ocean...we swam and swam! We had some great lobster meals at the house and had some fantastic meals out as well. The water at Sapodilla Bay is amazing-the clearest water we have ever seen! We all hope to return again.....maybe next October-we would love that! Thank you for letting us spend time in your wonderful home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at Villa Blue Heaven in November to celebrate my mother-in-law's 60th birthday. The view when you walk in takes your breath away. The villa, pool and beach are all amazing. We had 5 adults and two small children (ages 3 and 16 months) stay in the villa, and it was perfect. The pool has a gradual entry, which is especially great for young kids. We have been to many other beaches in the Caribbean and Mexico, and this was by far the most calm, beautiful beach I have ever seen. The water is so clear and shallow, which made it so easy for our little ones to play in. We went to a couple of different beaches during our stay, all beautiful, but quickly realized we were staying on the best beach on the island! One of favorite parts about this villa was the giant, retractable screen window, where we enjoyed watching the sunset with cocktails every evening. This was a perfect place to celebrate and relax with our family. We made memories that will last a lifetime. We hope to be lucky enough to return to Villa Blue Heaven one day.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Wow! That's what we all said when we entered the house. We were immediatetly astonished by the view. Exactly as the pictures showed! What a great relaxing vacation! First time we did it, but certainly not the last. After looking at the villas in Sapodilla bay, we were certain we chose the right one. It exceeded our expectations on all levels. We were 2 families of 4 (children 14-12-11 and 9 years old) and the house was perfect for us. We snorkeled right in the bay, saw a couple of turtles, scampies, crabs, a lot of starfishs and different species of fishes. We came here thinking we would relax at the beach during the days and eat out most of the nights. We planned eating in 2 times but ended up eating out 2 times since we were so cozy at the villa. Both times, we went to Las Brisas and it was very good. The beach is great, the house is great, the pool is great! What a great vacation! We're just waiting to go back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at the Vill Blue Heaven Oct13-20th 2012 and had the best time. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The beach is spectacular. We went over to the resort side a few times but found ourselves coming back home as it was way more enjoyable there. Highly recommend this place. The beach is pretty secluded and often times we were the only ones there. Owners are gems to work with and will give you all kinds of ideas on things to do and places to eat. And the house manager's are great too - anything you need they will help you with. Fantastic trip! Thanks Villa Blue HeavenRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

NEED WE SAY ANYMORE THIS IS OUR SECOND TIME AND SCOTT AND SHEREE MADE LIFE THERE EVEN MORE ENJOYABLE THEN THE FIRST TIME. DENISH GREETED US AT THE AIRPORT AND WAS ALWAYS THERE IF YOU NEEDED HER HELP AT THE HOUSE. IF YOU LIKE PEACE AND QUITE, OR AND AFTERNOON SWIM WITH COCTAILS IN HAND, AND WATCH A ROMANTIC SUNSET THIS IS YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME. MANY DIFFERENT RESTUARANTS TO CHOOSE FROM OR STAY HOME AND COOK A WONDERFUL MEAL WITH YOUR FRIENDS WHILE ENJOYING GREAT CONVERSATION WITH THEM. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE NOT HAVING ELECTRIC OUT BY THE BEAUTIFUL PERGOLA THEY BUILT BY THE BEACH, SCOTT HAVING THIS WOULD MEAN SHORTER TRIPS TO THE BLENDER AND DRYER FLOORS IN THE HOUSE. CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN NEXT YEAR. MIKE & PATTI DEER PARK, NEW YORKRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay at the Blue Heaven was amazing. Our jaws dropped the minute we entered the house. The view was insane, all you saw was blue. The layout of the home was perfect, we never felt seperated from family. The sand could not be any softer and the water could not be more perfect than here at Sapodilla Bay. The pictures do not do this home justice. We truly felt like this was our home. We will def be back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

We found this in the physical guestbook on the property. It's better than any summary I could ever write. "The top 10 reasons from the moment we walked in the door we wanted our money back: 10) There was too much sand on the beach. 9) There was a leaf in the water. 8) The view upon entering the building was overwhelming. 7) The mini fridge only held 2 cases of beer (Turk's Head, of course). 6) It was too hard to light a bonfire on the patio. 5) Water lapping on the beach made sleeping pure bliss. 4) The sheets were too soft and smelled too good. 3) Replacement of propane tank was too quick. Dinesh is too efficient. 2) The masts of the sailboats in the bay were blocking our view of the sunsets. And the #1 reason we wanted our money back is: WOW! This is the most beautiful house and beach we have all been." Pretty accurate.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

As fabulous as the website photos of Villa Blue Heaven are (and we looked at them frequently from December when we booked our stay until the day before we arrived in Provo in June) the real thing is so much better. Beautiful bouquets of flowers, a bowl brimming with fruit, and even a half dozen cold bottles of local Turks Head Lager were lovely welcoming touches. This is a home built by a family for its own use, so everything is done right. The space is well designed so that everyone can be together even if some are reading and others are swimming in the pool, making a snack in the gourmet kitchen, or watching a movie. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom, air conditioning, lots of space and stunning view of Sapodilla Bay. We had no problem falling into a deep, restful sleep at night on the ultra comfortable beds. We loved the serenity of the beach, walking in the waves with a cup of coffee in the morning, and kayaking out to look at the sea turtles in the evening. Best tip from a local: Taylor Bay, where we were told Dick Clark had a house, is only a minute or two by car from Villa Blue Heaven, and is a beautiful spot to take the snorkeling gear and a picnic. For fun, we tried several different restaurants around Provo including Hemingway's, Horse Eyed Jack's, and the Magnolia, but our favorite was Las Brisas, which is within walking distance of Villa Blue Heaven. No drive, no crowds, no wait, and the conch fritters and warm rum cake are memorable. It is nice to visit the busy Grace Bay side of the island to snorkel at Coral Gardens, go deep sea fishing, or visit the galleries and shops, but we were happy to return to the privacy and quiet of the aptly named Villa Blue Heaven.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at Villa Blue Heaven. Since we found this place, we have not used our timeshares. We absolutely love it here. We have a week on hold for next year.
