This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at Villa Blue Heaven. Since we found this place, we have not used our timeshares. We absolutely love it here. We have a week on hold for next year. This house is everything it advertises to be--and more! We can't say enough about this beautiful, well maintained house.

We LOVED our little bit of "Villa Blue Heaven"! Our family with adult kids and their significant others were thrilled with Sapodilla Bay and this villa. The house was perfect - tastefully decorated, very clean, comfy and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could need; it had a comfortable living room and great sound system with speakers in the house as well as the beach. The bedrooms all had great views with beautiful bathrooms. LOVED the indoor- outdoor feeling with the large, folding glass doors. Nice pool and pool furniture with umbrella to shade the sun when needed. We loved the extra touches such as the pretty gardens that gave just enough privacy from the beach without compromising the view, as well as the pergola sitting area and the wooden boardwalk that allows you easy access to the beach. The 2 two-man kayaks were a nice addition that we used often during our vacation, and the beautiful sunsets each night became an event to watch... The management company who takes acre of this property were terrific and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The owners provided lots of information about things to do on the island, as well as eating recommendations. We enjoyed dinner at Las Brisas which was in walking distance, as well as a super night at Coco Bistro, and a few other great restaurants right on the beach at Grace Bay. Our favorite dinner was right at our house with the culinary skills of a chef the owners suggested to us. He cooked us a delicious dinner in our kitchen/grill that was a highlight of the week. Another fun activity I enjoyed was riding at Provo Ponies - great way to spend a late afternoon cantering on the beach and letting the ponies/horses cool off in the water. A awesome week was had by all! I would absolutely return to this house if we have the pleasure of another trip to TCI soon. It was a wonderful experience - we hated to leave that view... It was Blue Heaven.

We can't say enough about our recent stay at Villa Blue Heaven. We were in awe the moment we walked into the house and took a look at the view of the ocean. The entire week included a beautiful peaceful beach, the perfect mixture of relaxation and play time, while having the luxury of home. Every review about the amazing blue water, then nearby restaurant of Las Brisas, the clean and comfortable house are all completely accurate and maybe understated. We usually end vacation ready to return home, this time we wistfully looked at the beach one last time and left for home with a little sadness as we will miss everything about this place! Already planning on returning in the future!

While our family had high expectations for this vacation and specifically, Villa Blue Heaven....nothing prepared us for the view when walking through the front door for the first time. My wife and I and our three teenagers (18,16 and 115) simply stood in silence to capture the moment. The entire back of the house is "open" via the use of very cleverly designed louvered doors. The view of the entire Sapodilla Bay,along with the calm clear vibrant blue waters,is world class! We have been many places in the world......this location and villa are right at the top! Starting from the responsiveness of Scott during our vacation planning, thoroughness of Dinesh upon arrival at the airport and villa orientation and follow up from Scott upon our arrival home....every expectation was exceeded. The villa is one of very comfortable luxury. It is obvious Scott and Sheree built this house after a lot of consideration of how to make it a home....not just a rental property. It was ideal that each bedroom had its own private upscale bathroom. Every amenity was available..of partiular notice were the plentiful beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks...which minimized our packing and eliminated the extra hidden costs of this type of vacation. The pergola is a quiet spot for reading and playing some board games or taking a nap. We cooked on the grill a lot and then ate at Las Brisas (highly recommended) frequently....just a short walk away. As shopping etc. is limited...we took advantage of our beachfront location and just enjoyed some rare family time together. We did take Capn Bill's adventure on Wednesday...a lot of fun. Played golf at Provo Golf Club. However, the highlight was the villa itself, playing frisbee in the clear shallow water, riding the jetskis and simply winding down from our frantic lives. Upon arriving home our family voted this vacation one of the top two vacations we have ever had......and will definitely be going back!

Blue Heaven is exactly what this wonderful place is! From the moment you see the bay, you will feel relaxed! The house has everything anyone could possibly want! The pool was a great addition when you needed to cool off! The kayaks were great fun for our kids, 19 & 21. The grocery was easy to find(Thanks to Dinesh) and we also found a fresh fish market. If you want a place to kick back for a week with no worries, this is the place. The house is clean, lots of towels, pool towels, beach chairs, floats, chaises, and lots of sunshine. Thanks for sharing your favorite restaurants and we added a few to guest book. Plan on Captain Bill's day(Wed.) He picks you up in the bay! Great fun, drinks, sand, sun and food! Great time for whole family. Scott and Sheree picked the best area on the island! Grace Bay was nice to visit but Blue Villa is best for no crowds!

I was hesitant to write a review for the single reason is, I want to keep this place all to myself. hahahaha :) But I know I can't do that. This house was more than ever expected. The layout is simply amazing! I love how you walk right in and the entire back of the house is opened to the pool and views!!! The amenities and furniture were great and the bedrooms and bathrooms were so luxurious! Took pictures of every angle of the entire house so my husband can build our lake house (one day) the exact same way!!! Everything about this place screams luxury. Great for our kids! Pool layout is perfect for younger kids all the way up to adults and the same with the beach!! Best Trip ever!!!! Can't wait to return! Thank you so much for opening up your home to us!!!!

This was the second year we stayed at Villa Blue Heaven and we booked for next year already! The photo's do not do justice to how wonderful this place is. It is immaculate and the owners are always prompt in answering any questions/concerns we may have. We loved the Las Brisas restaurant- it is within walking distance. We have been to Hawaii, Tahiti, Cabo and several islands in the Caribbean and this beach is by far the BEST.

Having always wanted to go to Turks and Caicos, we booked it for our 15th year wedding anniversary trip. Although we booked during the hurricane season, we had absolutely perfect weather and the accomodations were superb. The listing and description of the house were "dead on". The amazing view of the beach as you walk in the front door set the atmosphere for the week. The facility was very clean and well maintained. All furnishings were modern and showed little if any wear. The island was a little slow being October but everything we wanted to do and every plance we wanted to go were available and open. We were there with two other couples but this house would be perfect for a family with 2 - 4 kids. The bay was perfect if you have little children as the water is very calm and shallow for a long way out from the beach. I would highly recommend this place for a family or couples and would book it again today.

We spent a week at Villa Blue Heaven in September 2010 and it was absolutely perfect! The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. We rented a car and spent some time touring the island but found the most beautiful beach was Sapodilla. Snorkeling was wonderful right off the beach, and the kayaks were a fun addition. The villa was clean, superbly stocked and beautifully appointed and the beach is literally a stone's throw from the pool. Our mid-week cleaning even included fresh flowers throughout the villa! The property manager met us at the airport and made us feel welcome and at home right away; she was available for assistance throughout the week. Scott & Sheree were very helpful prior to our trip and we really felt like guests in their home. I would absolutely recommend Villa Blue Heaven to anyone considering TCI, five stars are not enough!

I returned from my third stay at Villa Blue Heaven less than 12 hours ago and I already wish I was back there! Villa Blue Heaven is perfectly situated on a quarter-mile stretch of white sand beach on Sapodilla Bay and overlooks chrystal clear blue water. The villa is in pristine condition and complete with a cook's kitchen (there are supermarkets within a short drive and a gourmet wine and cheese store less than a mile away), 3 bedrooms all with ocean views, and indoor/outdoor living that truly makes you feel like you are on vacation. Great restaurants in the area too. At first I was a little apprehensive to stay in a private villa in a place that I was unfamiliar with since I often rely on the hotel concierge for suggestions and tips, but the lovely owners provided a great deal of information and were extremely helpful. Also, the villa's property manager helped with any questions we had about the villa or the island. The best part: the beach is steps away! You can spend the day floating in the sun, kayaking (the villa has two kayaks), or you can rent jet skis at the end of the beach. It's a public beach but you would never know since so few people are there. Even though the beach is so close, it also nice that the house has a pool. Bottom line: if you are looking for a relaxing getaway from the real world, then head to the gorgeous Villa Blue Heaven. I am already thinking about when I can get there again....

Staying at Villa Blue Heaven was just like falling in love again. For our group of seasoned travellers, we can honestly say it was one of the best vacations we have ever experienced. The combination of soft chaulk-like sand, beautiful blue water and the wonderful house made us all feel like we stepped into a tropical world with our backs to the sea. The villa was beautifully appointed and the Nana wall, which opened up to the water beyond, provided a breathtaking view you usually only see in travel magazines. We were all sufferring from jet lag when we arrived from Colorado however once we stepped across the Villa's threshold that all seemed to wash away. Villa Blue Heaven is a special place that will remain in our memories for a long time and we look forward to returning there next year.

THE PICTURES DON'T TELL THE STORY OF THIS MAJESTIC OCEANFRONT HOME. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE VIEW THROUGH THE 32 FOOT OPEN GLASS DOORS WAS BREATHTAKING. WE WENT DIRECTLY TO THE PRISTINE BEACH AND ENJOYED OUR ENTIRE WEEK AT VILLA BLUE HEAVEN. A DELIGHTFUL RESTAURANT WAS ONLY A TWO BLOCK WALK AWAY AND WE WERE PICKED UP AT SHORE FOR A PIRATE CRUISE BY CAPTAIN BILL. THE STAY WAS OUR MOST DELIGHTFUL VACATION EVER.

Villa blue heaven far surpassed ALL of our expectations. My 8 and 10 year old kids were happy as clams with the pool, the beach, the snorkeling and the TV with Cable in their room. My husband and I loved the master bedroom, the kitchen that had everything we needed to make amazing dinners and the views, the views, the views. My mother and father in law loved the flexibility of the screened in porch (a touch of the button made the screen go up to wide open views), walking along the incredibly private beach to enjoy the sunset and the nearby activities. Danesh the property manager is absolutely a gem as well, answering all our questions and providing extra touches that made our experience perfect. Cannot wait to come back and see those sunsets yet again.

This was our 2nd year staying at this unbelievably beautiful home. I say home because that is how you feel here. The pictures from the listing are dead on but pictures aren't 3 dimensional. The beds are great, the baths are big, the balcony is relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need. The washer dryer work fine, the cable and internet worked (although you hardly use them) Beach, pool, drink relax. That is the name of the game at this villa. There are cards or board games if you desire but conversation or just reading in the serene setting is more common. The water is clear and you can walk out 50 yards with out worrying about anything. The beach is public but you would never know it. The distance from the patio / pool to the beach is about 2 sips of your drink. The property is well maintained and the property manager could not be nicer or more responsive. I recommend you have a car for convenience and they are not expensive to rent. (we used Grace Bay Car Rental and they met us at the airport) Grocery stores and shopping areas are about 10-15 minutes away but there are convenience stores 2 minutes away. There are many restaurants but we found it more relaxing to just eat in most nights. If you like fishing, diving, boating etc. it is all within 10 to 15 minutes away. There were Jet ski rentals right down from the house on the beach. 6 people in the house is very comfortable. The owners could not be more helpful even providing dining and activity reviews prior to the trip. There is a very good reason this house is always booked, it is awesome. Oh and it sits up so it has the best views of the bay. Sit in the pool and look out over the bay or walk 20 seconds down to the beach......Gotta go now, please don't book our week.

My family and I recently stayed at Villa Blue Heaven and we fell in love with the house. The home opens up to the pool and view of the bay. All the rooms are well laid out and the house is very functional and well decorated. The beach behind the home has to be one of the best on the island and the location of the house is not far from any other parts of the island we visited. It would definitely be a place we would love to visit again.

We had a fabulous time!!! It was so hard to leave your beautiful home! The water temp was perfect in the pool and in the ocean...we swam and swam! We had some great lobster meals at the house and had some fantastic meals out as well. The water at Sapodilla Bay is amazing-the clearest water we have ever seen! We all hope to return again.....maybe next October-we would love that! Thank you for letting us spend time in your wonderful home.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It was the first time we rented a house instead of staying at a resort, and it was so much more relaxing. Most of the week, we had Sapodilla Bay all to ourselves. I wasn’t sure how we would like staying on the bay with calm waters, but we loved it. The water was clear and sand silky soft. This house was thoughtfully designed. With the open design you felt like you were outside even when in the kitchen or living room. Also had a nicely equipped kitchen. It was the fourth island we have been to and I think the waters and beach surpassed any other island. Great snorkling. The restaurant Las Brias (you can walk to from the house)had great food, even the pizza was very good. You must go to Coco Bristro at Grace Bay-amazing food! I highly recommend this property and I know we will be visiting again!

Villa Blue Heaven is an absolutely beautiful home on a stunning piece of property. From the moment you walk through the front door you are treated to magnificent panoramic views of the Caribbean, which is literally just steps away on a virtually private beach. From the inside out, you can tell that so much thought and time was put into the design and décor of this brand new home. Even the painted detailing on the ceilings in the bedrooms perfectly matches the beautiful Caribbean ocean, which you can clearly see from your bed each morning! The location is ideal, a short distance from the airport and 5 minutes walking distance to Las Brisas, a resort with waterfront restaurant with a great menu! A convenience store is located a few minutes walk or grocery store short driving distance to pick up groceries and enjoy a nice private dinner during sunset on the patio… I can’t say enough positive things about the villa, but it is the picture perfect setting for a relaxing and fun vacation with family and friends. Thank you for allowing us to share your gorgeous home!

We had a wonderful week in your beautiful Villa Blue Heaven. Blue - Heaven it is. Just perfect in every way. The layout couldn't be better, with 3 private bedroom suites, all with their own beautiful baths & wonderful views from each room. The living area flowed just right with breathtaking views of the beach & blue waters with sailboats anchored out in the shimmering waters. Spectator Sunsets, just incredible.. The pool was very inviting too and just a few steps down a walkway were the calm blue waters of the bay. Often you would be the only ones on the beach. We want to thank you for a wonderful stay at your Villa, and we hope to return again & again.

We just got back from 8 great days at Villa Blue Heaven. The house was amazing, everything is brand new and just perfect. It is conveniently located with a few stores an easy walk away, and a great restaurant too! The beach is RIGHT there. My husband enjoyed bone-fishing right on the beach, and Yes he caught one! Although our children are grown, we thought this place would be just perfect for parents with "little ones". Fabulous sunsets. We hope to return! Debbie & Tom

We just got back from spending a week at Villa Blue Heaven and it was just amazing. The view, the beach, the house, the sunsets are all perfect. We visited other beaches (North West Point, Grace Bay and Long Bay) and Sapodilla Bay is the best. It's so calm and quiet that we were often the only ones on the beach. We were looking for a place to relax in luxury and certainly found it! Thank you Scott and Sheree for letting us enjoy your house. We hope to become repeat visitors! Francine and Ron December 9, 2008
