Wake up to a beautiful view of the Indian River. Nicely decorated Townhome with everything needed to have an enjoyable vacation. Private Ocean access and village heated pool. River access with village's private dock. The ocean is accessed by walking thru village and across the street. The Village has a private boardwalk entrance/access and is equipped with a freshwater shower so you can rinse off the sand. . St. Andrew's is a small, friendly and quiet gated community.
Master bedroom with king-size bed, view of the river with large walk in closet. The master bathroom vanity has two sinks and a large shower area. Second bedroom with two single beds and a private full bathroom including bath. Furnished screened-in lanai looking out over the river. The townhome is fully stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances.
The location is ideal. You can have great fishing, view incredible wildlife, or drive to Disney World or the Kennedy Space Center within 1.5 hours. The Aquarina Golf Club is next door and available for the public. There are wildlife tours and boat rentals at the Sebastian Inlet State Park 4 mi. down A1A. There is also RV storage available at Honest John's Fish Camp 1 mile away.
Come experience the world's best loggerhead turtle nesting area and wonderful beaches. It is a place where you can relax, slow down and get re-engergized. You can also find sea glass, good shells, learn to surf and fish in both the ocean and/or river for a wide variety of fish.
The local restaurants are good and there is a variety of foods to enjoy. Vero Beach is 17 miles away to the south and Melbourne Beach is 17 miles to the north.
