Master bedroom with king-size bed, large walk in shower and closet. Second bedroom with two single beds and a private full bathroom. Queen sleeper sofa in living room if needed. Furnished screened-in lanai looking out over the river. The townhome is fully stocked with kitchen and bath amenities.
The location is ideal. You can have great fishing, view incredible wildlife, or drive to Disney World or the Kennedy Space Center within 1.5 hours. The Aquarina Golf Club is next door and there are wildlife tours and boat rentals at the Sebastian Inlet State Park 4 mi. down A1A. There is also RV storage available at Honest John's Fish Camp 1 mile away.
Come experience the world's best loggerhead turtle nesting area and wonderful beaches. Our community has a private access to the beach including a freshwater shower located at the access walkway.
