Set amidst a charming, gated neighborhood, enjoy walks through grounds lined with cozy cottages and down to the beach, which is steps away. There are three restaurants within walking distance. Plus walking/jogging/bike paths along Scenic Gulf Drive.
The condo is located on the ground floor, for easy access. The unit is closest to the beach access in the building. Three bedrooms with a queen sleeper sofa, fully stocked Kitchen and two bathrooms. Brand new mattresses on King beds (memory foam).
For your convenience, we also include in the price 2 beach chairs and an umbrella set up and waiting for you each day on the beach. (Extra chairs are available for an extra charge)

Maravilla became our obvious choice when we began looking for a beach vacation home. We immediately fell in love with the intimate atmosphere. My husband and I both enjoy the beach and Maravilla felt like home.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Maravilla is located on Scenic Gulf Drive and it is one of most beautiful stretches of road in all the world. We enjoy walking on the walking along the large 7 foot wide path for miles and just look at the waves lapping onto the shore. In the morning, since the master bedroom goes out onto the balcony, we enjoy an early morning coffee while we watch the sun come up in the east. Pompano Joe's on the beach, is only 1/4 mile away, and an easy walk for some great seafood right on the beach. But the best part is the warm family atmosphere. It is simply the best.
