I just returned from a delightful trip to Paris., and the apartment at 24 Rue St Paul made all the difference. I needed an apartment because I was going with both my daughter and granddaughter and Paris hotel rooms would not accommodate the three of us. What a happy outcome. We found 24 Rue St Paul and it was terrific, and much better than I had hoped. We had two bedrooms, close to everything and a very well equipped kitchen. Oh, and did I mention internet and a phone to call home. We walked to Ile St Louis and Rue Rivoli, the Metro and good old bus 69. That bus was a life saver. It went to the big attractions along the Seine and all the way to the Eifel Tower, my granddaughter’s favorite. Thanks to the management because when ever we had a question they were all to ready to help out. I would stay there again and again and am recommending it to all my friends. Oh and did I mention the French door windows looking out to the street. My morning ritual along with my coffee. Merci beaucoup!

I've used VRBO six times now in paris, and this has to be my favorite apartment yet. The location is perfect--Village St. Paul feels like a hidden corner of the city, but the apartment is only a three minute walk to Place des Vosges and all the goodies in the Marais. The communication from the rental agency was great, and the landlady was there to meet us. The apartment is roomy, it has a separate washer and dryer (not one single unit) which saves a lot of time when doing laundry. The room was so quiet at night we could really relax after a day out. I loved waking up to the bells of St. Paul's church in the morning. There's a Monoprix right around the corner, and a boulangerie just a few doors down from the apartment. I can't wait to stay there again! I should add that we had two teenage boys with us, so having a separate bedroom AND a pull out sofa was very good. All in all, it was a lovely stay, and the owner and rental agency great.

We enjoyed our stay at La Propriete Royale a lot. The apartment, in a marvelous location for visiting tourist sites, provided us with ample space. The bedrooms are not large but the main room certainly is and very attractive, too, with its beamed ceiling, interesting furniture and tall windows. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise. It had everything we could have wanted, which has often not been the case with apartments we have rented in the past. The bathrooms were small but everything in them functioned well. Upon our arrival, we were surprised to find that there was only one toilet in the apartment. We had the idea that the main bathroom had a toilet in addition to the tub/shower and sink. In the U.S., 1.5 bathrooms means one with a tub and/or shower, sink and toilet and the other with a toilet and a sink. The only real complaint we had about the apartment – and it is not something over which the owner has any control – is that it was noisy in the early morning and late at night. In the early morning, the noise of the trash collection was an issue for us. We could have closed the window to reduce the noise but then would not have had the benefit of nice air flow. As for the late-at-night noise, that came mostly from other apartments in the building and was most noticeable in the interior bedroom. We would certainly recommend the apartment. It is well worth the price we paid.
Owner response:Thanks Deb. One thing to notice though is that the bedroom on the street side is totally quiet with windows closed and the courtyard bedroom is quiet even with windows open thanks, Pascal

We had the most amazing stay in Paris in this charming apartment. It felt like we were special guests in somebody's home. We loved the personalized touches from the very well stocked library and DVD collection down to the beautiful linen on the very comfortable bed. The location was fabulous close to the metro and within walking distance to the Louvre. Definitely on my list of places to return to.

We had such a wonderful time at rue St. Paul - the apartment is just wonderful. There were six of us at times, and we fit beautifully. The kitchen was outfitted completely and the washer and dryer were a big plus. The neighborhood is a perfect location to branch out all over Paris, although to be frank, just exploring the Marais was fun for me. We highly recommend this apartment and thank Mr. Regan and Pascal.

We had a great stay in Paris, very close to nice bakeries and restaurants (we liked the little Thai close by and "Mere et Filles" - excellent). Apartment has everything one needs. No problems whatsoever.

We had an excellent time in this well appointed apartment that is in an excellent location. The kitchen and living/dining room are first class with excellent utensils and furniture. The bathroom/shower are also good as is the separate toilet. The bedrooms are small, somewhat basic but the beds are comfortable and clean. The apartment would benefit from a new coat of paint although it is very clean and well kept. The location could not be better. Two different subway lines are within a few minutes walk and St. Antoine is half a block away with all sorts of food and wine shops as well as excellent cafes.Pascal could not have been more helpful and was available for any meeting or information. I would recommend this apartment for anyone.
Owner response:The new paint coat has now been made in the entire apartment

A great apartment in the heart of Paris. The Marais is a great area to stay in. We did so for a week in Sept. with another couple, and were very happy with the accommodations. Comfortable beds, a well equiped kitchen, a variety of Metro stations minutes away, and wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance. It felt like we were living in Paris, not just visiting.

we stayed at this property for 4 days and left with excellent impression. firstly, everything was ready and clean as to be at home. then the proximity to everywhere we wanted to go to was just so convenient. what else than waking up in the morning to freshly baked croissant smell coming from close by bakeries. we had them for every breakfast.. this is strognly recommended property.

The rental property is in a great spot. Close to the Metro, grocey store, bakery, and sites. Having a 2 bedroom is great. It is on a busy street, can be noisy in one bedroom, bring earplugs if you need to have the windows open. I felt it was worth having the location. The apt. was nice because the bathtub and toilet were in different locations in the apt. Pretty much like having two bathrooms. Pascal was great, the moment we had a question or problem he was available. Elise Laedtke

This apartment was apsolutely perfect. We came in a group of six adults (2 couples 2 single)and found the accomadations perfect. The apartment is close to everything. If you are not familiar with the city it is in a great location on line one, close to grocery store, bank, metro, Seine, what more could you want. One down side is that we were there in August and Paris is rather hot in August. It was noisy to sleep with the windows open so the apartment got stuffy by morning, but this should not be a reason to deter anyone. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

We are a family of five, with two teens, one preteen, and Rue St Paul was wonderful. The kitchen worked well for dinners (Monoprix nearby), it was quiet and comfortable, yet right in the middle of everything. Easy to walk or to take the metro, and several nearby bakeries. The separate bedrooms were nice as was the towel heating rack in the bathroom. Excellent place for a family. And easy to take off for a run as well.

Everything I needed was provided in this beautifully decorated spacious two-bedroom apartment. I especially liked the marble bathroom and the very well equipped kitchen that overlooks the courtyard. The beds are very comfortable and the old adobe tile floor in the living room-dining room is perfectly charming. This neighborhood is so very convenient with a supermarket right around the corner and three great bakeries within a block! I walked to most of the major Paris sights or took the Metro that is just 5 min. from the apartment.
