We had all our questions answered promptly and all amenities were of a high standard.The apartment was within an easy walk to a wonderful italian restaurant Guiseppes.Only a 10 minute drive to the airport and proved to be an excellent base for us to stay and go in different directions to see Florida.We had no difficulty driving into the city and enjoyed Ybor city,ice hockey,several restaurants,and a fabulous wedding (our son).The west coast was lovely.We recommend St Petersberg and the Dali museum.Also an easy drive to Clearwater where there are several nice places to eat.A trip to Dunedin and its brewery is also recommended.We had cocktails at the Hyatt at sunset,well worth while. The apartment was beautifully furnished and clean and well maintained. The patio was lovely to sit out on with a drink at sunset.Also nice to have breakfast there if not wanting to go out We would recommend this vacation property very highly

Tampa Christmas Family Vacation - 2011

Our stay in this condo was absolutely wonderful. The condo was perfectly arranged, furnished, decorated, located, and equipped. The owner was so accomodating and generous with every request I had, and even those I didn't. The condo complex was really nice and the amenities were outstanding. My family of five were there for almost 10 days and liked it so much, we made an offer on another condo in the same complex/building. I will most definitely like to stay in this unit again in the future if I don't purchase one myself. I highly recommend this property.

we where really surprised when we walked into the condo, it was better than the pictures, well stocked kitchen as where all the rooms, the view was great and more important it impressed my wife and that is hard to do. We came into Tampa to visit family and your condo played a big part in making it a great visit and vacation, I definitely recommend staying here, even the location worked perfect for our needs.

Close and a world away

This condo is spotlessly clean, stylish, quiet and romantic. It is minutes to the highway and airport but so private you would never know it. After a busy day in the sun, I like to sit on the lanaii and look over the bay and the skyline and watch the lights from the planes landing and taking off. You hear nothing but the reeds in the mangroves, but have a water and city view.

This condo looks professionally furnished, and is very nice and clean, so convenient to the airport and shopping, not far to Orlando, St. Petersburg or even Sarasota. I enjoyed my stay immensely, and late October is a lovely time to visit Florida.
