So you have decided to go to Disney in Florida. Great! Now all you need is a place to stay. Don't make a mistake with this step. Come and stay in my vacation home very close to Disney. That is correct - an entire vacation home for less than the price of a moderate resort room. Why not stay in luxury?
Location, Location, Location...This vacation rental home is very near Disney by Animal Kingdom. You can't stay much closer to Disney and rent a home. Rolling Hills Estates is 1 and 1/2 miles south of RT192 from Disney's new Animal Kingdom. That is close! Why is this important? 2 quick reasons: 1) gas is expensive and 2) time - do you want to be driving to Disney or already be there having fun. Isn't that why you are on vacation in the first place, not to be commuting again?
Let me explain briefly. You get an entire vacation home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the following configuration: 2 master suites with a full bath each and 2 more kids bedrooms with a 3rd full bathroom. You don't get that with a single room. Imagine how convenient it will be to get ready in the morning with 3 full bathrooms to use - not one. Plus you get a full living room, a full kitchen, dining area, and your own private screened in pool. Compare that with a single room. Of course everything is provided - the kitchen has all you need for flatware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, appliances, plus iron and ironing board with clothes washer and dryer, all sheets and bedding, all towels, TVs in all bedrooms and living room, gas grill, WiFi internet, etc.
An easy single story unique rental configuration - 2 full master bedroom suites - 1 king and 1 queen - with full private bathrooms each, 2 additional bedrooms with 2 twin beds each plus another 3rd full bathroom for these 2 bedrooms. Being on a single floor and wide enough doors, wheelchairs can access easily, but is not fully handicapped equipped.
Why the unique configuration? A couple reasons. 1st - if you are traveling with your kids and are bringing along the "in-laws" or a child sitter / nanny, you can reward your baby sitter(s) with there own private master bedroom suite for watching the kids in the evening while you get some needed quiet time together at some of the fine Disney restaurants, or shows or clubs. How does that sound? 2nd - if you are traveling with another small family (friend or relative) and you do not exceed the legal maximum capacity, you both can split the home rental fee and each have your own private master bedroom suite.
So why stay in a cramped room? There is no place to prepare food so you would have to eat out all 3 meals a day. There is no private pool so you have to share a common pool. There is no room to spread out and relax. And so many more reasons. So why not stay very close to Disney in my vacation rental? Compare the resort prices for a room with the price of this home and all of its advantages then you decide which is a better deal for your vacation. Everything you need is nearby including a grocery store.
Remember that the price per night is for the entire vacation home not per person with double occupancy and more for more people. My vacation homes are licensed to a maximum occupancy of 10 using the pull out sofa, 8 as is, very comfortably, using the bedrooms.
Traveling with babies? No problem. I provide the items you need - strollers, cribs and high chairs - with no additional fees.
