So you have decided to go to Disney in Florida. Great! Now all you need is a place to stay. Don't make a mistake with this step. Come and stay in my vacation home very close to Disney. That is correct - an entire vacation home for less than the price of a moderate resort room. Why not stay in my updated and upgraded wow factor vacation home?
Wow, my 7919 has gone through quite a transformation recently all for your ultimate vacation experience in the Central Florida area. Recent guests have liked what they have seen even before some of the biggies have been completed!
My 7919 updated and upgraded vacation home, with all its amenities, is located very close to Disney. In fact, it is only about 3.5 miles to the Animal Kingdom entrance. That is close and that is important. Why? Because you are on vacation, so use your time to be on vacation, not commuting – sitting in a car traveling to Disney is not being on vacation. Conveniently located so everything you need is nearby including a grocery stores, restaurants, walk-in medical care, pharmacies, shopping, other attractions and more. It is an ideal location for your vacation needs.
Now for the all new and important bedroom configurations so you can recharge for the next day's experiences. The 7919's new bedrooms are as follows: The first master is an all new king master with en-suite full bathroom and access to the pool lanai area. The second master is an all new king master with en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is all new with a twin over full bunk bed and the fourth bedroom is all new with a twin over twin bunk bed. The third and forth bedrooms have a 3rd full bathroom. To summarize, that is 4 bedrooms that will sleep 9 very comfortably with 3 full bathrooms to expedite getting ready in the morning.
Plus you get a full living room, a full kitchen, dining area and your own private screened in pool. Compare that with a hotel room. Of course everything is provided - the kitchen has all you need for flatware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, appliances, plus iron and ironing board with clothes washer and dryer, all sheets and bedding, all towels, TVs in all bedrooms and living room, gas grill, WiFi internet, etc. All of this is on a single floor with wide enough doors so wheelchairs can access easily, but is not fully handicapped equipped.
Why the unique configuration? A couple reasons. 1st - if you are traveling with your kids and are bringing along the "in-laws" or a child sitter/nanny, you can reward your baby sitter(s) with their own private master bedroom suite for watching the kids in the evening while you get some needed quiet time together at some of the fine Disney restaurants, shows or clubs. How does that sound? 2nd - if you are traveling with another small family (friend or relative) and you do not exceed the legal maximum capacity, you both can split the home rental fee and each have your own private master bedroom suite.
Also, in both king masters there are new large, HD flat screen TVs and a new gigantic, cinema grade, HD 3D TV in the living room. WOW! New TV package includes over 210 channels and some (4) are 3D channels. Please note that all 5 TVs have individual access to all 210 channels, not just the main TV. There are several Blu-Ray 3D movies that can be watched with the new 3D Blu-Ray/DVD player. So now you can get WOWed at the parks and return to this vacation home and continue your WOW entertainment experience.
More being added almost weekly - incredible! A Wii system has been added! So if you want to bring your favorite Wii game(s), you can enjoy them while on vacation. One kids bedroom has a dual Little Mermaid/Finding Nemo theme and the other kids bedroom is Harry Potter themed. Wow!
Traveling with babies? No problem! I provide the items you need - strollers, cribs, high chair and infant carrier - with no additional fees.
Remember that the price per night is for the entire vacation home, not per person with double occupancy and more for more people. This vacation rental home will comfortably accommodate 9 guests. What a great value.

Our family has stayed in the area before and were thrilled with the home. It had all the amentities they promised and many more. The location is convenient to Universal and Disney. Jim gives you a really neat "short-cut" to Disney that saves a lot of time. Many restraurants and stores close by to choose from. The pool sure was refreshing after a day at the parks. We had friends and family over for a cookout and swimming and there were plenty of chairs, a grill to cookout on, everything we needed. The owners are very accomodating and we would defintitely return. The two Master bedrooms works great for our "grown" children and the two kids rooms for the grandkids.

Our family of 5 stayed here in early June 2011 for our Disney vacation. We looked around for lodging at Disney, other hotels, and other houses on VRBO and this house was the best value for us. There really is no comparison between this house and a small hotel room. It is about 5 minutes to Animal Kingdom and about 10 minutes to the other parks. Having a pool to ourselves was great and so much easier than lugging stuff for 5 people to and from a shared hotel pool. We all had our own rooms, bathrooms, and TVs, all with more channels than we could possibly watch. It was nice to be able to put the kids to bed and have time to relax versus a hotel room when we all have to share one room. Jim has thought of everything in this house; it is stocked with multiple hair dryers, nice thick towels, beach towels, strollers, high chair, and all the kitchen utensils and supplies one could need for the nights we cooked dinner. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer, especially with kids. Overall, this house was in a great location close to Disney, clean and well kept, comfortable beds, good pool, in a nice quiet neighborhood, and fully stocked with items we need but usually have to buy on our own. We will be back!!

Awesome service is the best way to describe this place. We stayed with our two kids along with the grandparents for 10 days. The place was spotless and provided everything we could need. The owner provided excellent service - even bought an ipod docking station when we asked if he had one! One of our kids managed to lock the washroom door (on the inside) and the owner was there in 30 seconds. Location is VERY close to Disney. The house has all new flooring, countertops and carpets. Everything was fantastic!

My husband and I, along with our 5 children had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home over spring break. It is in excellent condition and absolutely spotless. The owner leaves so much more than any other vacation home, ie. laundry soap, hair dryer, a huge box of various toiletries, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the linens are quite nice. The pool was really enjoyable after a hot day at the Disney parks. There are plenty of dishes (in excellent condition) and silverware to more than meet the needs of my large family. Every little detail was taken care of and we can't wait to come back. We have stayed in many vacation homes in various resort areas and this one is by far the nicest. Owner also provided a great list of hints and tips for the area including a fabulous shortcut to the parks! Thanks so much for having us!

We traveled to Orlando in August for a fun family vacation. Rather than stay at a cramped hotel, we decided we would be better off renting a house. Our decision to rent turned out to be a smart one. Never having rented property online I was a bit skeptical. But once we settled on a house to rent, the process could not have been any more simple. We contacted the owner, Jim, to confirm availability and used Paypal for the rental payment. Jim was a pleasure to work with. He was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Always responsive when we would contact him with general questions. The property was immaculate. Located in a very quiet sub-division, the house was well appointed. Jim thought of everything we could possibly need. The two master bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kids’ rooms were fun and whimsical. The kids enjoyed that very much especially since the kids’ rooms had a television along with game systems. The house was literally two to three miles from Disney. Shopping centers were just as close with ample dining destinations to choose from as an alternative to eating in. Our many thanks to Jim. We would not hesitate to rent from Jim again for our next visit to Disney.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your rental home. It was perfect for our needs. It was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, etc and there is an excellent short cut to the Disney Parks. The owner provided a crib and high chair. The kitchen was fully furnished. The owner is local, pays attention to details, and was very easy to work with. We had a great time and recommend that you stay at this home.

We had a great experience at this property. It was clean, well appointed and very close and convenient to all Disney parks. Having the three bathrooms is nice, as we had two families and had no problems with space. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for accomodations near Disney.

My husband and I just returned from vacation at Disneyworld with our 4 teenage children. The home we rented was perfect for all our needs. It is a short drive to the main park entrance ( 10+ min) making return trips during the day possible. We went to one theme park in the mornings, returned home for a rest/lunch/playtime in the pool and then headed out to a different park for the late afternoon followed by fireworks. The house was spotless and well appointed. The 4 bedrooms easily accomodate 8 guests and there was a pullout couch available in the living room ( 1 king,1 queen,2 rooms each with 2 twins). Having 3 bathrooms made our mornings smooth! TV/DVD units ( with satellite feed) in all rooms made relaxation time great! Our kids were thrilled to have an internet connection to hook up their laptops! There is a very suitable grocery store within a 5 minute drive that had some good fresh fish and meats. We were able to grill our dinners on the BBQ. Eating some meals at the house is a great way to keep costs down and reduce the stress of feeding hungry (right now!) kids while dealing with lineups and high costs at the parks. There were ample dishes in the kitchen (dishwasher too), plenty of extra linens and a washer/dryer. The house has a full size dining table and a breakfast bar. We did eat out one evening at the Outback Steakhouse which is also 5 minutes away. The main road (192) is full of restaurants both sitdown and take out types. This location could not be more perfect. The neighbourhood was very quiet, a welcome treat after a day at the very busy parks! The owner is nearby should there be any issues. He was pleasant to work with. Paying by Paypal was convienient and secure. We would certainly recommend this property.

We stayed in this house for our last trip to Disney. It was exactly as advertised. We had 8 people in the house and it was great. It was much more relaxing than a hotel room (or 3). All of the amenities are there and I have no complaints about the house. The house was clean and well maintained. I was very skeptical about VRBO as I had never done this before. I've always stayed on property...The owner was professional in his communication helping me to feel comfortable. I will try to rent this property again on my next visit and I recommend it to anyone. Please take care of it so it will be in good shape for my next visit! The only downside to being off-property is having to pay daily parking, but factored in to the entire vacation cost, I still came out ahead. The car ride from the house was no longer than a bus ride from a hotel.

For those of you wondering about a trip to Disney and staying in a rental home - look no further than this one! From the moment we decided to rent, the owner was so helpful and promptly answered any questions or queries that we had. The house itself was beautiful and very clean and the screened in pool is a bonus. Having all of the amenities of home makes this truly a home away from home- washer, dryer, bbq, huge rooms, and of course, so close to Disney World! I cannot recommend it more highly - especially for families with young children .... We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a wonderful Florida/Disney experience ... enjoy it - we did! Thank you again Jim
