  Best vacation rental yet, convenient, better than well equipped, everything we needed and then some. Owner goes above an beyond to insure a great stay.

  We had a wonderful time at this home. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The house was beautiful and had everything we could ask for. It was so conveniently located to stores for groceries and other needs, plus it was only 10 minutes to Disney World! The kids loved the pool and game room. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and our family hopes to come back ourselves!

  This is a great home for any Disney vacation! The home is clean, well decorated, and wonderfully stocked for any kid friendly need. You are only a 10 minute drive from the Magic Kingdom and other Disney properties. We stayed with a mixed generation of family - from a 92 year old grandpa to a 5 year old kindergardener - and eveyone enjoyed the house and felt extreemly comfortable. From the pool to the TV to the kitchen and well stocked pantry, to the game room in the garage - the house had everything we could possilby need. The owner was nearby and available to answer any questions or care for any needs. I highly recommend this house!

  Our resent stay,of three weeks,at this beautiful home proved to be far above our expectations. The house was just perfect.It was a WOW, being clean,cosy,and newly decorated. All the amenities were at hand for a "home away from home" We would certainly rent again. very well pleased..

  Our family has stayed in the area before and were thrilled with the home. It had all the amentities they promised and many more. The location is convenient to Universal and Disney. Jim gives you a really neat "short-cut" to Disney that saves a lot of time. Many restraurants and stores close by to choose from. The pool sure was refreshing after a day at the parks. We had friends and family over for a cookout and swimming and there were plenty of chairs, a grill to cookout on, everything we needed. The owners are very accomodating and we would defintitely return. The two Master bedrooms works great for our "grown" children and the two kids rooms for the grandkids.

  Our family of 5 stayed here in early June 2011 for our Disney vacation. We looked around for lodging at Disney, other hotels, and other houses on VRBO and this house was the best value for us. There really is no comparison between this house and a small hotel room. It is about 5 minutes to Animal Kingdom and about 10 minutes to the other parks. Having a pool to ourselves was great and so much easier than lugging stuff for 5 people to and from a shared hotel pool. We all had our own rooms, bathrooms, and TVs, all with more channels than we could possibly watch. It was nice to be able to put the kids to bed and have time to relax versus a hotel room when we all have to share one room. Jim has thought of everything in this house; it is stocked with multiple hair dryers, nice thick towels, beach towels, strollers, high chair, and all the kitchen utensils and supplies one could need for the nights we cooked dinner. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer, especially with kids. Overall, this house was in a great location close to Disney, clean and well kept, comfortable beds, good pool, in a nice quiet neighborhood, and fully stocked with items we need but usually have to buy on our own. We will be back!!

  Awesome service is the best way to describe this place. We stayed with our two kids along with the grandparents for 10 days. The place was spotless and provided everything we could need. The owner provided excellent service - even bought an ipod docking station when we asked if he had one! One of our kids managed to lock the washroom door (on the inside) and the owner was there in 30 seconds. Location is VERY close to Disney. The house has all new flooring, countertops and carpets. Everything was fantastic!

  My husband and I, along with our 5 children had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home over spring break. It is in excellent condition and absolutely spotless. The owner leaves so much more than any other vacation home, ie. laundry soap, hair dryer, a huge box of various toiletries, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the linens are quite nice. The pool was really enjoyable after a hot day at the Disney parks. There are plenty of dishes (in excellent condition) and silverware to more than meet the needs of my large family. Every little detail was taken care of and we can't wait to come back. We have stayed in many vacation homes in various resort areas and this one is by far the nicest. Owner also provided a great list of hints and tips for the area including a fabulous shortcut to the parks! Thanks so much for having us!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your rental home. It was perfect for our needs. It was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, etc and there is an excellent short cut to the Disney Parks. The owner provided a crib and high chair. The kitchen was fully furnished. The owner is local, pays attention to details, and was very easy to work with. We had a great time and recommend that you stay at this home.

  We traveled to Orlando in August for a fun family vacation. Rather than stay at a cramped hotel, we decided we would be better off renting a house. Our decision to rent turned out to be a smart one. Never having rented property online I was a bit skeptical. But once we settled on a house to rent, the process could not have been any more simple. We contacted the owner, Jim, to confirm availability and used Paypal for the rental payment. Jim was a pleasure to work with. He was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Always responsive when we would contact him with general questions. The property was immaculate. Located in a very quiet sub-division, the house was well appointed. Jim thought of everything we could possibly need. The two master bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kids’ rooms were fun and whimsical. The kids enjoyed that very much especially since the kids’ rooms had a television along with game systems. The house was literally two to three miles from Disney. Shopping centers were just as close with ample dining destinations to choose from as an alternative to eating in. Our many thanks to Jim. We would not hesitate to rent from Jim again for our next visit to Disney.

  We had a great experience at this property. It was clean, well appointed and very close and convenient to all Disney parks. Having the three bathrooms is nice, as we had two families and had no problems with space. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for accomodations near Disney.

  My husband and I just returned from vacation at Disneyworld with our 4 teenage children. The home we rented was perfect for all our needs. It is a short drive to the main park entrance ( 10+ min) making return trips during the day possible. We went to one theme park in the mornings, returned home for a rest/lunch/playtime in the pool and then headed out to a different park for the late afternoon followed by fireworks. The house was spotless and well appointed. The 4 bedrooms easily accomodate 8 guests and there was a pullout couch available in the living room ( 1 king,1 queen,2 rooms each with 2 twins). Having 3 bathrooms made our mornings smooth! TV/DVD units ( with satellite feed) in all rooms made relaxation time great! Our kids were thrilled to have an internet connection to hook up their laptops! There is a very suitable grocery store within a 5 minute drive that had some good fresh fish and meats. We were able to grill our dinners on the BBQ. Eating some meals at the house is a great way to keep costs down and reduce the stress of feeding hungry (right now!) kids while dealing with lineups and high costs at the parks. There were ample dishes in the kitchen (dishwasher too), plenty of extra linens and a washer/dryer. The house has a full size dining table and a breakfast bar. We did eat out one evening at the Outback Steakhouse which is also 5 minutes away. The main road (192) is full of restaurants both sitdown and take out types. This location could not be more perfect. The neighbourhood was very quiet, a welcome treat after a day at the very busy parks! The owner is nearby should there be any issues. He was pleasant to work with. Paying by Paypal was convienient and secure. We would certainly recommend this property.

  For those of you wondering about a trip to Disney and staying in a rental home - look no further than this one! From the moment we decided to rent, the owner was so helpful and promptly answered any questions or queries that we had. The house itself was beautiful and very clean and the screened in pool is a bonus. Having all of the amenities of home makes this truly a home away from home- washer, dryer, bbq, huge rooms, and of course, so close to Disney World! I cannot recommend it more highly - especially for families with young children .... We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a wonderful Florida/Disney experience ... enjoy it - we did! Thank you again Jim

  We stayed in this house for our last trip to Disney. It was exactly as advertised. We had 8 people in the house and it was great. It was much more relaxing than a hotel room (or 3). All of the amenities are there and I have no complaints about the house. The house was clean and well maintained. I was very skeptical about VRBO as I had never done this before. I've always stayed on property...The owner was professional in his communication helping me to feel comfortable. I will try to rent this property again on my next visit and I recommend it to anyone. Please take care of it so it will be in good shape for my next visit! The only downside to being off-property is having to pay daily parking, but factored in to the entire vacation cost, I still came out ahead. The car ride from the house was no longer than a bus ride from a hotel.
