Yellow Cottage is a charming, one bedroom cottage overlooking Skaha Lake in Kaleden. It is the perfect location to relax, take in the beautiful lake view, and enjoy year-round the many opportunities and amenities available in the south Okanagan Valley. Kaleden is located 15 minutes (14 kms.) from Penticton (a city with many amenities) and 7 minutes from Okanagan Falls (7 km). The cottage is 10 minutes from the Penticton airport, 70 minutes from the Kelowna airport, and approximately 4 ½ hours if driving from the lower mainland.
The cottage is well equipped with full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom, queen-sized bed, gas fireplace in the living room, electric heat, barbeque, and pull out sofa bed. All linens and household accessories are included.
The cottage is located steps from Skaha Lake, beach, tennis courts, and walking trails. Boating facilities are available for rent through a marina in Penticton. A large number of quality golf courses are readily available all through the Okanagan Valley including the following courses: Fairview Mountain, Penticton, Nk’Mip Canyon, Osoyoos, Predator Ridge, St. Andrew’s, Twin Lakes and many more. The cottage is also nestled in the centre of the wine-tasting corridor, from Vernon to Osoyoos to Keremeos.
In the winter, Yellow Cottage is also available for rent with activities including skiing and snowboarding, and many other winter sports.

Rental Policy:
1. $150.00 non-refundable deposit required to make a reservation
2. Half the remaining balance due one month prior to coming with the final balance due upon arrival.
3. $200.00 damage deposit due upon arrival and will be refunded at time of departure. The damage deposit is kept only to cover damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing inventory, excessive cleaning, or late checkout.
