Excellent central location in the heart of it all. Close to the village from this handsome two-story light and bright contemporary home situated on a beautifully landscaped half acre property with a free-form heated pool and waterfall, bridge, sauna, bocce ball court and extensive decking. The heated pool is open from May 1 to November 1 every year.
Entire house completely renovated, all furniture and linens brand new! The whole house is professionally designed. Features include a living room with fireplace, a family room with 2nd fireplace, soaking tub, sauna and loft area with sliders to another secluded deck. Dining, Eat in kitchen with all appliances brand new, cable TV, wireless internet, 2 zone central air, extensive shelving and wine racks, three bedrooms (including master) with Artist studio and sleeping loft, and two and one-half baths.
Our house is located in the village of Sag harbor 2 minutes from the center of town. It is about 5 minutes away from the north shore beaches (calm water no waves) and about 8 minutes from the south shore beaches (big waves). It is one minute away from Round Pond (a lake) if you like kayaking or fishing. It is also 5 minutes away from Wolffer Estate vineyards the prettiest and best winery in the South Fork of Long Island. It is also 10 minutes from Channing Daughters and Duck Walk vineyards.

Flexible Rental- you can move in early or extend the lease to include other months. We can also do weekly rentals or rent for the year.

We came to the Hamptons for a long weekend and had such a great time at this house. It is VERY spacious. Very clean. The back yard is beautiful! Great neighborhood, a very short distance to town, which had great restaurants and shopping. We cant wait to come back next year!

This was my first trip to the Hamptons, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This Sag Harbor home was beautiful, to say the least. The pool and spacious backyard were perfect for a large group. In fact, it was tough convincing the friends I was with to LEAVE the house. =) That said, the house is also perfectly situated in a quiet residential neighborhood (making for a relaxing getaway), but is walking distance from the harbor and a variety of local restaurants and bars. Because I had never been to the Hamptons, I didn't know where to go or what to do while there. Thankfully, the home owners were unbelievably helpful and responsive. They were a pleasure to work with, and were a great source of information as to restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, sights, etc. Our trip was a huge success, in large part because of the home we chose to rent and the homeowners that we were lucky enough to rent from.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My friends and I came for a long weekend from NY and loved the house. The grounds are beautiful, it's extremely relaxing, and the house is clean, charming and VERY spacious. It's also a great location--very secluded but a really pleasant walk to town down adorable Madison street. Sag Harbor is a special place and this is a great way to enjoy it!

This house was great! It was conveniently located close to the town and beaches. We had a large group of people and everyone just fell in love with the house and especially the back yard. The house was very spacious and had 2 living rooms and 2 fireplaces and several decks. Which was really great for such a large group. We really enjoyed the resort style back yard as well as the heated pool, bacci court and hammocks. We had a barbecue and also used the fire pit for a great night under the stars. The back yard is so beautifully lit at night and so relaxing that we hardly left the house all weekend. It was the perfect place for a special get together with friends. We made memories that we will cherish forever. We are already talking about coming back next year. The owners of this property were extremely nice and easy to deal with. They provided us with detailed instructions of everything we needed to know to make our stay pleasant and stress free. They also answered all of our questions and concerns prior to arriving at the house. They really are wonderful people and a pleasure to deal with. Our weekend was everything we could have hoped for and more. We had such a great time. We would highly recommend this property.

Just wanted to say thanks for a great time over Memorial Day weekend! We had a blast, the pool was nice, rooms were clean, and it was in a great location, both near the beach and town. We will definitely be back!

My friends and I had a great weekend here recently. We experienced spring-like sunny weather, pouring rain, and a snow storm all within a three day period and the house provided the perfect back drop for each one. The fireplaces, gorgeous landscaping, and great town of Sag Harbor were just what we needed for our peaceful getaway from new york city. The pictures do not lie. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place! The family very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Truly pleasant and memorable vacation! The house is very light, clean, well maintained, cozy and has a personal touch. The landscape is beautifully designed and distinctive. The neighborhood is friendly and quite. Close to everything (ocean, bay, restaurants in Sag Harbor, stores, wineries). Excellent experience dealing with the homeowner. Very much recommend this place!

Great house - family and friends had a great time in the lovely backyard with the pool, bocce court, and well-decorated environment. Kid-friendly as well as plenty to do for the adults. Conveniently located near the village and everything else you could possibly want to do while in the area. Highly recommend this place for a well-priced, warm and welcoming place to stay.
