Why the Owner Chose Capitol Hill
I decided to consolidate my business and living quarters so I purchased this building, built a one chair salon that I work in Sunday-Tuesday and rent out to another hairdresser Wednesday-Saturday. I live in one unit, rent out another unit unfurnished long term and rent this 1 bedroom unit furnished short term although I did have one guest stay for almost 2 years!

One of the things I love about this property is it's proximity to everything. We are minutes away from I-5, 520, I-90 and downtown, yet we are surrounded by lush landscaping that is maintained year round and can enjoy beautiful sunsets beyond Lake Union, Downtown and Olympic mountain views.
