This beautiful apartment is a true 2 bedroom with large living room and kitchen. Private, modern bath. Apartment is fully renovated and the hardwood floors are gorgeous.
Both bedrooms have queen beds and windows. The apartment has lots of windows (every room basically) and none of them face a wall.
A/C and heat, it is always very comfortable here.
New, large flat panel TV (with cable) just installed. Also has computer... with high speed internet for your laptop.
There is a nice futon in the living room that will sleep two more people, so the apartment can easily handle 6 people. The apartment is clean and the building is renovated.
The area is incredible. The apartment sits at the crossroads between the East Village and the Lower East Side, in downtown Manhattan. The Lower East Side was voted hippest area of Manhattan in 2006. The East Village is one of the most sought after areas of Manhattan and has some of the best restaurants/bars that can be found in Manhattan. Walk to Chinatown, Little Italy, SoHo and Greenwich Village. It is a busy, vibrant location....lots to do for your trip to NYC!
