This beautiful apartment is a true 2 bedroom (that means seperate bedrooms with a door and closet in each) plus living room and stocked kitchen. Private, modern bath. Apartment is fully renovated and the hardwood floors are gorgeous. The building is renovated and professionally managed. No slumlords here.
Both bedrooms have queen beds and windows. The apartment has lots of windows (every room basically) and none of them face a wall.
A/C and heat.
New, large flat panel TV (with digital cable) just installed. Also has computer... with high speed internet.
There is a futon in the living room that will sleep two more people, so the apartment can handle 6 people. I can also provide an air mattress if needed. The apartment is clean....cleaner than average.
The area is incredible. The apartment sits at the crossroads between the East Village and the Lower East Side, in downtown Manhattan. The Lower East Side was voted hippest area of Manhattan in 2006. The East Village is one of the most sought after areas of Manhattan and has some of the best restaurants/bars that can be found in Manhattan. Walk to Chinatown, Little Italy, SoHo and Greenwich Village. It is a busy, vibrant location....lots to do for your trip to NYC!
