Enjoyed 10 wonderful days at this remarkable estate. The residence above the garage was fully equipped and very comfortable. The sunrises from the bedrooms and balcony were breathtaking. Our hosts were very informative and helped with the securing of an excellent fishing guide, pointing out the different restaurants, and saw to all our comforts. The town of Loreto is an exciting community with friendly people, wonderful shops and a safe environment. My wife and I are already planning our next visit.I recommend this vacation rental highly.

We've enjoyed staying in many vrbo homes over the years from Canada to Mexico, but this one is certainly a favorite. All expectations exceeded: beautiful, clean, comfortable, safe, great location, gracious and helpful hosts, activities galore to please adults and our 6-year-old daughter. It's close to town and a nice selection of restaurants, but so lovely we were happy to stay "home" some evenings, cook in the well-appointed kitchen, and enjoy the sunset. Many thanks to our hosts for making our Loreto holiday wonderful! Highly recommended.

We had a marvelous visit with our children (8 and 11). The property is even more beautiful than the photos. Everything exceeded our already high expectations. The hospitality and helpfulness of our hosts made our stay very special. Loreto is very safe and easy to navigate. The local people were very friendly. The surrounding natural beauty between mountains and sea life is gorgeous. We had a very active vacation- fishing, sailing, whale watching, kayaking and hiking. Our hosts were able to get us hooked up with the best guides and outfitters at very reasonable prices. We will be back next year.

Beautiful 2 Bedroom/1 bath home on the Sea of Cortez. Facilities are maintained: clean, well-lit, easily accessible and comfortable. All the amenities of a home away from home. Fishing, clamming, canoeing etc. available steps (literally) from your location. Owners are very helpful and accommodating. Townspeople warm and welcoming. A very enjoyable experience that I would recommend to family and friends.

What we loved about the Hasinenda was the Design and Style of everything. The attention to detail was impecable. The place was imaculately clean and lovely. We had our complete privacy from the main house and you wake up and lookout your bedroom window to the billant blue Sea of Cortez. We enjoyed being near the quaint old town of Loretto, but far enough for peace and quite. We drove out to a beautiful old Mission, and went swimming and fishing. My wife is a painter and found many scapes to paint. Have been down twice and looking foreward to our next visit and hope it is availible.

The place was great and our host was very helpful as well. Located north of town on the water provided great morning walks to the marina and excellent location for a cocktail while watching all the diving birds and their acrobats into the water each evening. very quiet and private secure location.

We spent five nights at Property #199320 this past January. The house was beautifully appointed and then some. Cozy and delightful. The owners were staying in the main house but were invisible unless you had a question and then they were extremely helpful. Thanks to their guidance of what to do and whree to go we felt semi-local by the end of our stay. About a three minute drive to town. A completely walled in yard/with beautiful garden and pool made it ideal for our dog to have some safe space outside. We were very very happy we came here. And hope to be back next year. Lareto is quite a nice option from Montana in the winter....

On my very first trip to Loreto I was lucky enough to stay here. I will never stay anywhere else! The location is wonderful, the views absolutely beautiful, and the accommodations are nicer than I could imagine. The property was immaculate, very comfortable, and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I stayed at this beautiful property with my husband and two young kids. We had a wonderful time! The accommodations are as described and the property grounds and location provide for a tranquil retreat. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise from your private deck and enjoy an evening of cocktails in the private, lush courtyard. The casita has a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your own meals or go out and enjoy a wonderful meal at one of the fabulous restaurants in town. All around a great location!

Immaculate upstairs apartment!

I was very upset to arrive with my young family to a property that I was expecting to be a house and was an upstairs apartment. The photos appearing labelled guest house is of the whole garage and does not state the apartment is above that. The accomodations were immaculate. The photos of the pool were not taken from the rental but from the patio of the owners private home. In order to access the pool one needs to walk thru the courtyard around the side of the owners private home to the beachfront side, as well as trying to miss the cat poop on the walk way and hold their breath from the smell of cat urine. The male owner of the home was extremely helpful and friendly thru out our stay in Loreto. I would recommend this property to a couple who are interested in sightseeing and are NOT expecting to sit on their "beachfront patio" with a private pool. You are literally using someones backyard while they are home. One must experience the most beautiful drive to San Javier (I suggest you rent a Jeep..and don't forget to visit the amazing Olive Tree), Take a day and relax on the quiet beach in Ligui! A traditional Sunday morning purchase of delicious "Carnitas" is a must! Hire a boat to visit the most quaint beach and numerous marine life species on Isla Coronado ! The dining in Loreto is fabulous, from the most amazing Yellowtail Sushi to very traditional Mexican dishes! Loreto is definitely home away from home!
Owner response:1. This is a guest house which is 1200 square feet. It sits on the second story by design giving it the best views of the Sea of Cortes. 2. This property is over 1/2 acre on the Sea of Cortes. The 40 X 20 foot pool, is the largest private pool in Loreto and is on the beach and is solely for the use of the owners and the guest house. 3. We have a Fig tree on the path to the pool and when in bloom is rather fragrant. 4. Most of our guests are returning guests so I don't know how to explain this womens complaints except to say she had 3 kids under the age of 5 and maybe was a little over whelmed. 5. Our guidance to all the rest of her trip I guess made it worthwhile along with the sushi we provided and wine etc. boat captain and of course the sunday carnitas.
