This 2 story golf condominium has resort facilities all within golf cart distance in this gated community. From the front door the unit views the first green of the white course and the back decks over look the pool. The Sugar Mill Golf Course is made up of 3 nine hole championship courses all designed by Joe Lee who designed Bay Hill and the Blue Monster at Doral. This Privet course has packages for renters (Info sent to interested parties).
Nestled just east of the charming and historic city of New Smyrna Beach it offers opportunities for both water enthusiasts and land based activities. The beach itself is less than 2 miles from the condo and has both non driving and areas where you can still drive your vehicle on the beach. Regional things to do: Orlando attractions are an hour away, the newly built Daytona Dog Track with Vegas gambling is 15 min north along with Daytona Speedway attractions, Central Florida Zoo is 45 min west in Sanford, Cape Canaveral National Sea Shore is 10 min south, Merrit Island National Wildlife Preserve is 20 min. South.
