This beautiful 2-story , 4 bedroom vacation home is situated in the desirable Sunrise Lakes development, a sought after community just minutes from the Disney theme parks. It is an attractive and tranquil setting to relax in while on vacation, with a community pool and a playground.
Our 2400 square foot home has a spacious main floor with an open concept, including a family room, living room and an eat-in kitchen. The kitchen includes all of the amenities of a home away from home, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and much more. We also cater to the young with a highchair and booster seat, as well as a pack'n'play. Just off of the kitchen is a large pantry as well as a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
You’ll feel like you’re at the movies in our cozy living room with a large 42” Plasma TV with DVD player and stereo system for your enjoyment. There are also board games for the family on a rainy day and a games room with a large pool table in the front room.
On the second floor, you’ll find 4 bedrooms, including 2 masters. The first master suite is extremely spacious with a king size bed set and its own entertainment area with a 26" LCD TV/DVD player. The perfect way to relax and unwind after a day at the parks. There is an en suite bath with Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower as well as an extra large walk-in closet.
The second master bedroom has a queen size bed set, a 19" LCD TV and spacious closet. This bedroom shares the second full bath with the other two bedrooms on the second level.
Kids will enjoy staying in the double/single bunkbeds in each of the remaining 2 bedrooms which allow 3 to sleep comfortably in each room. Both rooms include a plasma TV and one has a playstation and for your enjoyment.
The most enjoyable part of your stay will be around our large, screened in, heated pool and spa. Relax in our comfy lounge chairs by the pool or have dinner outdoors at the patio table.
This is a convenient location within easy reach of all the local attractions yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of your own pool home.

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Lakes
The location of our home is perfect. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, that is close to the grocery stores and shopping and is only 15 minutes away from the Disney Theme Parks. We love to spend a day at the ocean as well and it's only an hour's drive to either coast.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We have a gorgeous mohagany pool table in the front room, as well as a flat screen TV in every bedroom and living room. The house is newly furnished and painted from top to bottom. Most of our guests love having the free North American long distance phone calls and WiFi. We also have a nice big inviting pool and spa in the backyard that has separate controls for heating the spa only.

We are from Ottawa, Ontario and we love visiting Florida so much, that we decided to purchase a home there. We've had a great experience renting our home and love to see other families come and enjoy it as much as we do.

I've been meaning to write to say thanks for your beautiful home in Florida. We had a great stay and found it neat to note that we knew a couple of the other families who had written in your guest book. We absolutly loved your house, it was so nicley decorated and felt so welcoming. I asked the children if they were happy with everything and they were, the only thing they missed were there grandmother and friends so I guess that was not anything you could change or improve. I found the management very pleasant too, we happend to be home when he was there tending to the grass and he stopped in for a chat, very nice. We think that the house is much nicer then you write on the internet and we are already talking about going back in a year and would love to rent your house again. We thank you for letting us use your house for our stay in Florida.

I thought the home was amazing, I say home because it felt like a home. The cold weather kept us from enjoying the pool but wanted to jump in it anyway... Everything you needed to cook or bake was easy to find in the spacious kitchen. It was easy to get around and close to everything you needed. I hope to rent it again soon and would do so if visiting Disney again. Amazing bedrooms and bathrooms, Its a spotless home and people take good care of it.. Mike Ottawa

We shared THE AUGER HOME with our friends for a month. We felt at home from the time we moved in until we left. Their home is spotless - no detail has been missed in dressing this home. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils including patio ware. The men enjoyed the large flat screen with surround sound. A note there is a flat screen in each bedroom and the pool table provided more entertainment. The free North American phone calls and internet are a huge bonus and we have never had this in any rental. The pool and spa area are very comfortable with modern patio furniture and you will find swimming noodles etc. in the garage. The pool was always clean and not highly chlorinated. There is nothing you need to bring to this house with plenty of towels and linens. The home is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood , minutes to Disney and great shopping. The pictures you see on their website is what you will find when you get there. If you do not know the Auger's you will know them after living in their home. We enjoyed it so much we have it rented for 2010 and 2011.
