This impressive townhouse is located at the base of Warm Springs, just steps from the lifts and the lodge. Overlooking Warm Springs Creek, the property offers spectacular views and ambiance year-round.

A large entryway opens to the great room, where ceiling height windows bathe the area with magnificent views of the creek and slopes that can be seen from all floors. The beautifully finished kitchen has plenty of space for family cooking while everyone gathers around the fire in the living room. There is a guest powder room and laundry room on this floor, as well as an office/bedroom with a private bath.

On the second level are a grand king suite and an oversize queen room, each with exquisitely finished private bath suites. The loft above is finished as a bedroom with a full private bath. In addition to the queen bed, there is a unique twin bed for 2 that doubles a reading area by the window.

There is no lack of activities at this home – you can ski to the lift area and the lodge, and amenities include summer use of the Greyhawk pool and tennis courts.

To help maintain the beauty of this property, we are not able to accept pets or smoking at this home.
