I stayed in the Leaf Suite as an alternative to a hotel when I came to town for a large conference. The condo was AWESOME. Everything I needed for my stay was in the condo: linens, dishes, silverware, internet service and handy tourist guides to the area. The location was a quiet, understated building one block from the pedestrian-only area of 16th Street. I could walk to fifty different restaurants within ten minutes or less. Decor was fabulous, furniture was comfortable, it was clean and chic. Couldn't have enjoyed myself more. The weight room is world-class and the Four Seasons is across the street, if you need to escape to the spa. Lynne and Steve are great hosts who will meet you personally to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend!

The Leaf Suite was perfect. There was no surprise like walking into a hotel. The suite is exactly as the photos show. There is no way to capture the views with a camera but the photos come close. Walking out on the balconey every morning to a wonderful mountain view was awesome. Steve and Lynne were so professional and easy to work with. They made our first experience with VRBO a delight. The location was perfect as described. Sam's 3 which was featured on Food Networks Diners, Drive-ins and Dives is right out the front door. We had breakfast almost every morning. The suite was walking distance from everything we wanted. 16th street mall, Pepsi Center, convention center and so much more are just outside the door. Thanks for a home away from home!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Leaf Suite. Very well furnished, clean and featuring a comfortable bed (what's more important than that??), the suite met or exceeded all of our expectations, and the location simply couldn't have been better (as advertised). It's close to countless good restaurants, establishments featuring great happy hours, and a range of sports, recreational and entertainment options beyond our experience. Denver is a great city to visit with lots to offer, and we took in as much as we could during our time there. Still, we feel we've only scratched the surface, so we'll probably be back in the not-too-distant future. Thanks to Steve for meeting us at the condo and showing us the ropes. We took his suggestion and drove to Boulder to do some sightseeing and hiking in the area. We also rented a couple of bikes in Denver and explored the bike paths as Steve suggested. We also enjoyed the large, heated pool on the building's rooftop, however we never managed to find the time for the well-equipped exercise room that we walked by several times! Maybe next time, as we don't doubt we'll be back one day soon!

Stylish, hip and convenient

This condo was a terrific place to stay. It was clean, the bed was uber-comfortable and it had everything I needed to come and go while attending a business meeting, seeing friends, making a snack or hanging out by the pool. It was convenient to all the happenings downtown- it is all literally just out the front door. Steve and Lynne were friendly and helpful-great people to work with. I would highly recommend the Leaf Suite.

Stylish condo, great location

The condo was located in the heart of downtown Denver. The building was a bit old and the lobby showed it, but the condo itself was tastefully renovated with stylish decor. Bed was super comfy with high end sheets. Steve and Lynne were excellent hosts and very easy to work with.

I was in town for the Allied Social Sciences Meetings. The Leaf Suite was an awesome alternative to staying in a hotel. Great location for the meetings and easy to get out of town for some great hiking outside Boulder. Views from the apartment are excellent and it was a very nice place for a dinner party with colleagues. Loved the stay and will look for an opportunity to return!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed apartment with its amazing mountain views. We were walking distance to all the wonderful downtown venues, the holiday lights and New Year fireworks. It made our holiday visit just perfect. The owners are terrific and very helpful. I highly recommend planning to stay at the Leaf Suite on your next visit to Denver.

I can not say enough good things about this property. The location is great, the apartment is beautiful and the view is spectacular. The owners are great and very easy to work with. I'm so glad I decided to stay here instead of a hotel - I was much more comfortable, the location was more convenient and the accommodation were nicer than any hotel. You will not go wrong staying here!

Perfect Denver getaway

We came to Denver on a business trip, but ended up feeling like we were also on vacation. The Leaf Suite is so perfectly located to all of Denvers ammenities that you just step out the front door and anything you need is within walking distance, you do not need a car. Steve and Lynne have decorated their condo so tastefully and appointed it so perfectly that you will not be lacking for anything and will feel very much at home. With the bedding and mattress so luxurious and the towels so plush, we felt like we were in a five star hotel. I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

We stayed at the gorgeous "Leaf Suite" in August, 2009, for one week. Lynne and Steve were very accommodating as we were coming in to Denver at the last minute. The suite is equipped with the best of everything; luxurious linens and towels, spa soap, full assortment of cooking needs, flat screen tv, and upscale furnishings. It is beautifully, but tastefully decorated, and we felt very much at home. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. The views from the 18th floor were impressive and it was nice just to gaze out onto the city, day or night. The location is suberb, downtown Denver, within easy walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone as the great attention to detail makes all the difference between a fabulous experience and one that is just ok.

Dear Lynne and Steve, We could not have planned our trip any better. A week was not enough to see everything, but we did all we could. The weather was beautiful all week which added to the already great time we were having. The baseball at Coors Field was fun, the concert at Red Rocks was amazing, Pearl Street Mall in Boulder was a day well spent, as was the zoo and Botanic Gardens. The restaurants, brew pubs and shopping here is second to none. We'll be back someday.. I hope this condo is still for rent as it was the perfect place to stay!! Thanks! PS The bed feels like we were sleeping on a cloud! Love it!

Lynne and Steve, The condo was exactly what we were looking for! We had a great time both inside and outside! We recommend both the Mongolian BBQ restaurant and Ling and Louie's for those people who like Asian food, as we do! We also had the privilege of attending our first Major League Baseball game in which, (Cubs vs. Rockies), Rockies won! It was a fun game. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony in the morning, as we looked toward the mountains! It was the perfect ending to our honeymoon! Thanks for everything! Chris and April, Nashville, TN

At the end of a long flight from Australia, I was blown away by how much at home I felt when I stayed at the Leaf Suite. Everything was perfect, with a level of professionalism and thoughtfulness which was a credit to the owners. The suite was clean, modern and spacious with a wonderful big soft warm bed and nice bathroom. Not only this, the suite was within 5 min walk of everything I needed, including shopping, restaurants and the conference center. The magnificent views of the Rocky Mountains from the suite was an especially nice finishing touch to a perfect stay. I had absolutely no problems whilst staying here and will definitely fight to book the same place when I come back to Denver! Highly recommended and beats any hotel room in the city.
