Welcome to our MARCO ISLAND WATERFRONT home located near the BEACH. Our home offers three bedrooms, each with hardwood floors and TV, 2 1/2 baths, BILLIARD room with TV and futon bed. Tile floor in the living room with a 60' TV, DVD/VCR and leather reclining furniture, formal dining for six, fully equipped kitchen and dinette for four. The spacious lanai with a HUT TUB, BBQ grill, sitting area, dining table and TV. The private deck with a full-sized POOL a squirting dolphin fountain, lounge chairs and dining tables. The spacious DOCK that is perfect for fishing or sipping a cocktail while watching the spectacular SUNSET, offers a cleaning table, dining table, bench and access to the Gulf of Mexico on boat. The patio offers a picnic table, wood chimney and a basketball hoop. At our home, we supply wireless internet, board games, books, movies, BICYCLES, beach chairs, beach towels, beach and pool toys, fishing rods and a KAYAK.

  • We vacationed in paradise from 6/20-6/27. This home is absolutely lovely. The home's location is perfectly located. We had easy access to everything around town. There is a Publix right down the street that also includes a nice little shopping area. The house had all the amenities you could ever want. The master bedroom is so spacious with a nice big walk-in closet. Fishing here was loads of fun for the kids. They loved seeing what kind of fish they would catch next. Our family would absolutely return to this lovely home again.

  • We stayed in this house the end of April into the first week of May. We are a family of four and my husband's parents also vacationed with us for a total of 6 people. This house has everything you need! It is absolutely beautiful! No complaints whatsoever. We really enjoyed the pool with the view of the WIDE waterway and the large covered lanai. We ate every meal outside! The lanai is perfect for those that can't spend too much time in the sun but enjoy being outside. We enjoyed this house so much that when we return to Marco we will definitely rent this house again! The couple that owns the home really takes pride in it and takes care of it as if they lived there. If you need anything, they are more than willing to help you out. You won't be disappointed!
