Tile floor in the living room with a 60' TV, DVD/VCR and leather reclining furniture, formal dining for six, fully equipped kitchen and dinette for four. The spacious lanai with a HUT TUB, BBQ grill, sitting area, dining table and TV. The private deck with a full-sized POOL a squirting dolphin fountain, lounge chairs and dining tables. The spacious DOCK that is perfect for fishing or sipping a cocktail while watching the spectacular SUNSET, offers a cleaning table, dining table, bench and access to the Gulf of Mexico on boat. The patio offers a picnic table, wood chimney and a basketball hoop. At our home, we supply wireless internet, board games, books, movies, BICYCLES, beach chairs, beach towels, beach and pool toys, fishing rods and a KAYAK.
