Welcome to lovely New Smyrna Beach! Stay in a beautifully renovated 2nd floor unit, situated one unit from the end unit closest to the beach. Gorgeous north facing views of the sandy beach and blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
This is a spacious, comfortable unit with beach views from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite counters with island and bar stools, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with all the chef's tools. The living room has a comfortable leather sectional that looks out to the balcony/ocean, as well as big screen TV. The balcony has new patio furniture for enjoying the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with new vanities and there is ceramic tile flooring throughout the unit. The master bedroom is king size and has a TV in the room, spacious walk-in closet and separate vanity area outside bathroom. The guest room is queen size with a walk-in closet and separate full size bathroom.
The condo is located on the driving part of the beach and two blocks from Flagler Avenue. There are several eateries, beach shops, coffee shops, craft/novelty shops within walking distance. One hour from Orlando area attractions and one hour to Cape Canaveral. Ten minutes to I-95.

We could not have asked for better accommodations for our family vacation. The condo is absolutely gorgeous with up to date appliances, furnishings, and decor. The attention to detail is evident throughout the unit. Janet and Tom were very helpful in assisting us with questions and information as we planned our trip and made us feel very welcome in their condo. The location is also ideal being within walking distance to Flagler Avenue and a short drive to the main strip.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
