20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 10 minutes from Stellar Air Park in Chandler. 15 minutes from Mesa Falcon Field. Property is only 14 months old. 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds in Master and one bedroom. Walk in closet in Master bedroom. Dual Sinks and a lounge chair to sit and read. Sliding doors can be opened for a nice breeze. There are 3 TV's total all with cable TV. Lot's of movies for adults and kids to choose from. Surround Sound set up in living room with large couch and a big rug to sit on.
The kitchen table is large and seats 8 for game playing or to eat and watch TV. All windows have wood blinds for privacy. Great kitchen with large fridge and ice maker. Crushed and cubed ice. There is a coffee maker, blender and a full set of everything you need. The patio is in the front of the house and is a great place sit and read. There are grassy areas for small pets. 2 car garage with opener. This is a gated community with keypad access and there is one key for your car that will open the gate when you enter the community.
You are a half-mile from the freeway. You have access to the entire valley. There are many restaurants to choose from. Upscale to fast food. Costco, Walmart, Sams Club, Dillards, Dicks Sporting Goods DSW Shoes, Kirkland Home. There is a large outside mall one half mile away and a huge inside mall 5 miles just off the freeway with lots of places to eat, drink and go to movies.
There are lots of golf courses in a 10-mile radius. Challenging to Executive. Do a Google search on the computer and you can find everything you need.
