Sand Key is voted as one of the top twenty beaches in America. The views from this 17th floor unit are unbelievable. The sugar white sand is the finest ever. Sand Key is close to all attractions such as Busch Gardens and only an hour and a half to Orlando and the Magic Kingdom. The famous Columbia Restaurant is right across the street. The best salad, black beans and Sangria in the world.
The grounds and facility are kept immaculate on this large slice of pristine beach. Gorgeous sunsets, loggerhead turtles during nesting season surrounded by the most upscale area of the coast. Bellair Beach on one side and all the attraction of Clearwater Beach on the other.
This corner unit on the 17th floor has unobstructed views of the intercoastal and ocean & white sandy beaches. It's recently remodled with tile flooring in living areas, new cabinets & fixtures & granite countertops. The furniture and casegoods are the most modern and luxurious in Harbour Light Towers and in almost all of Sandy Key. It is a monthly rental only which assures that our residents and guests enjoy serenity and beauty. The unit is fully stocked. Toothbrush and bathing suit is the only necessity. This is a monthly rental.

Well kept, Clean, & Comfortable vacation getaway. Beautiflu views and close to everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, pet owners.

I thoroughly enjoyed my month in Sand Key. The condo was comfortable and the views of the Gulf of Mexico along with the north view of Clearwater were amazing. I especially appreciated finding a pet friendly rental in this location. I would recommend this rental to friends and family. The pool area was a plus but it was a little cold for swimming!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

A terrific condo, in a fabulous location. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine, waiting for the sunset. Life doesn't get any better than this!!!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Refundable security deposit of $250.00 and $100.00 Cleaning fee. Deposit of one months rent due at time of booking if two months or more. Shorter rentals require 50% of one months rent at time of booking. Cancellation Policy: Forfeit 50% of Deposit up to 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days you forfeit entire deposit. About the owner: Denise and I live in Atlanta, Georgia where we run our company. We are in the Senior Housing industry, developing, operating and helping seniors and their families with Senior Housing options. I grew up in Ocala, Florida and spent all my summers at our beach house in Bethune Beach on the East Coast of Florida. The first time I discovered the emerald waters and pristine beaches of South West Florida I was hooked for life. This is where my wife and I will retire to. Until then we have a condo with the most heart stopping views.
Why the Owner Chose Sand Key:
Denise and I (being a Florida Native) have been vacationing in this area for over 15 years with our children and immediate family. Now that our children are off to college and to their own lives, we felt we needed to have our little slice of heaven in our favorite Florida Beach. We have invested alot into this condo because we know someday soon we will be calling it home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
When you get off the elevator on the 17th floor and walk to the end of the floor you are just blown away at how beautiful the intercoastal waters look. The shimmering water, sailboats and the sun peaking over the mainland is a memory that stays with us when we are at home. It is our favorite thing in life. The of course you walk inside the corner unit where the panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico just blow you away. I wish we never had to leave. Someday we won't!
