Sand Key is close to all attractions such as Busch Gardens and only an hour and a half to Orlando and the Magic Kingdom. The famous Columbia Restaurant is right across the street. The best salad, black beans and Sangria in the world.
The grounds and facility are kept immaculate on this large slice of pristine beach. Gorgeous sunsets, loggerhead turtles during nesting season surrounded by the most upscale area of the coast. Bellair Beach on one side and all the attraction of Clearwater Beach on the other.
This corner unit on the 17th floor has unobstructed views of the intercoastal, ocean & white sandy beaches. It's recently remodled with tile flooring in living areas, new cabinets & fixtures & granite countertops. It is a monthly rental only which assures that our residents and guests enjoy serenity and beauty. The unit is fully stocked. Toothbrush and bathing suit is the only necessity. This is a monthly rental.

Cancellation Policy: Forfeit 50% of Deposit up to 30 days prior to arrival.
Within 30 days you forfeit entire deposit.
