BRAND NEW spacious 923 square foot 23rd floor condo has the MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA DIRECTLY ON THE GULF! A 30 foot balcony is accessible from floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the family room and master bedroom. SAVE MONEY! The bunk room has it's own bathroom and gives you the advantage of a second bedroom without the price. The DOUBLE/TWIN bunk bed sleeps three. The condo is furnished with modern style furniture, which gives it a very unique and upscale look. The kitchen is well-equipped and has beautiful granite counter tops. Seven can dine at the glass top dining table and bar. The family room has a black leather queen sofa sleeper, two chairs and 50" Plasma TV with DVD. Master bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV/DVD and King size bed. There are two full sized bathrooms with tub/shower. The unit has travertine stone tile floor, crown moulding, 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, bar area on the balcony.

Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Beach Resort
We bought this condo as our dream getaway. It is perfectly situated right on the white sand of Emerald Coast with a spectacular view of the beach and turquoise water. Its private balcony is our favorite place to dine watching the sun setting into the sea. It feels like it's far from civilization, but at the same time, it is only a short beach stroll away from a vibrant and entertaining Pier Park Shopping Village where we can find food and fun. Tidewater Beach is also a vacation resort, so we enjoy its amenities and the party atmosphere that we cannot have at home. We have traveled around the world but this is our favorite place to return, again and again...
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have seen many condos in Panama City and this is definitely the best floorplan that we have seen for one bedroom/two baths units in town.
Our resort has semi-private beach, two open-air swimming pools with Spas, Tiki and Icecream bars, an in-door pool, private movie theater, archade, gym with Spas, steam rooms and saunas.

We rented this unit last week and were very impressed. It was very clean and spacious. It was very well stocked and the view was amazing!! It is close to an elevator which was very nice. Any questions we had the owners were very quick to respond and everything went very smoothly. We will recommend this unit to others and will stay here again when we return to Panama City.

Had a great Stay here. Unit was exactly as described. Had everything ncessary for an enjoyable stay and then some. Location is great, close to the new pier. Many restaurants in area and lots of family fun within a 1-5 mile radius. Enjoyed the Balcony from Great room and the Bedroom!! Excellent view from 23rd floor, roar of the ocean but no beach noise. Dealing with owners was a pleasure, very responsive to emails. Would recommend this unit and owner to anyone!!!

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo for a few nights over Spring Break. It was amazing. Very beautiful and the view was awesome. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable I had ever slept in. The little bunk room with its own private bath was great for the kids. Looking forward to coming back next year. Owners were great to work with also.Condo was close to all the fun things to do and within walking distance to Pier Park. Which we all loved.

We went down for 7 wonderful relaxing days. The view is awesome and I ate breakfast from the balcony most mornings. The kids loved playing on the white sandy beaches. Having two pools to choose from was great. We can't wait until our next family vacation. We will rebook with them this year.

I had a great long-weekend getaway here! The condo is beautiful, clean, and comfortable--just as depicted in the photos--and stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. Since it is on the 23rd floor, it has a stunning view of the coastline--we watched dolphins and fireworks during dinner on the porch! It is also walking distance from a variety of restaurants and a movie rental place. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a relaxing, luxurious holiday!

Our family of five had a great vacation at this condo. The owner was very easy to work with. The condo is just as described, beautiful, comfortable, clean, family-friendly, and well equiped. We found everything we needed. The views from family room and the bedroom are fantastic!!! We watched the fireworks from our balcony! Tidewater Resort amenities are first class. Easy walk to restaurants and the Pier Park. We'll definitely come back again and will recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay at Panama City Beach!
