This lovely townhouse features a fully appointed Kitchen with Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Built-in Microwave, Glass Top range and Refrigerator. On the same level you will find ½ bath, Dining Room, large closet with Washer and Dryer, Wet Bar, Large Flat Screen HDTV with Satellite Movie Channels, a romantic Fireplace in the large living room, which leads out to the private swimming pool.
Relax in the 4 person Jacuzzi under the Tiki Hut which also features a Wet Bar, ceiling fans and covered lights to make the nights extremely relaxing or take a late night outdoor swim.
Upstairs you will enjoy a Large Master Suite with a Balcony overlooking the Tropically landscaped Patio and Pool. The bathroom has a Shower/Tub combination with a Large Double Sink Vanity. The village also features weekend Jazz, Art, and Food festivals all season long. A short drive down scenic Ocean Drive and arrive at posh Fort Lauderdale beach and the exclusive Las Olas Blvd. In the morning you can take a walk along the parks exercise path, play tennis or shoot some hoops at the basketball court. Everyone knows that location is always key when vacationing. Well, let me tell you that the location of this home Cannot be beat! Literally 2 blocks to the Beach, Aruba's, Shops and down the street from the grocery. Inside the unit was spacious, comfortable and to have your own private pool and jacuzzi was phenomenal. Everything necessary was provided and more. We are definitely planning another vacation here!! Thanks James for having us!

Rented this unit June 15th-21st. We had a horrible experience with this rental and owner has kept deposit alleging we did damage to the unit (never happened). Never received full reconciliation of charges to the alleged damages. I was blown away to see that there was actually a positive rating on the unit - so I felt very compelled to log this comment in hopes of warning others to choose a different unit/owner. Do your homework before renting this unit BEYOND the one reviewer's rating above. Know who you are renting from and the status of this unit.

We spent 10 fantastic days at this rental. 5 minute walk to beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach. Spacious and well kept. The wireless internet was a bonus because I travel every where with my laptop. The washer/dryer was also a plus because we didn't have to bring as many clothes. Would definitely attempt to rent again next year.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
