This chalet has just recently been totally renovated and is situated on 150 acre Lake Aspen. The Chalet has three private bedrooms, one of which is located on the first floor, and two full baths. The first floor includes a dining room, kitchen, full bath and a family room with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. On the upper level you will find two more private bedrooms, loft and full bathroom.
Off of the Family Room is a large deck with access to a walkway to an additional lakeside deck/dock. Walls of windows with cedar ceilings add to the charm of this chalet.
A barbecue grill, washer and dryer, satellite TV in Loft and VCR, DVD player, and a fully equiped kitchen are among the amenities.
Within the Innsbrook Resort you will find activities such as:
Fishing, Hiking trails, 18 Hole golf course, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Horseback riding, Bike and boat rentals, Fitness center, Beaches and a variety of planned activities.
Some of the activities listed are offered through Innsbrook at an additional fee. This is a privately owned residence and is not affiliated with the Innsbrook Corporation.
Renter must be 25 or older to rent the property.

Holidays and events may result in higher rates.
There is $300 Security deposit along with 50% of rent due upon reservation.
The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cash or check is accepted as payment. $100 cleaning fee.
