Location: Hermanus, Whale Coast, Western Cape, South Africa, Africa (1 Hr Cape Town; 40 min airport 10 - Hermanus on Garden Route)

Accommodations:  2 Storey Timber House, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 14)

Wonderful warm family house overlooks Bot River Estuary and mountains.

Top floor has three bedrooms, master en suite, two have doors to balcony which overlooks the Bot River Estuary and mountains, the third bedroom has mountain views as does second bathroom. Open plan lounge, dining area and part of kitchen, cathedral ceilings, French doors open to large balcony. Wood burning fireplace makes it cozy in winter. Light, bright and peaceful.

Ground level flat has open plan kitchen with refrigerator, cooker, washing machine, floppy couches, TV/DVD/Video, French doors open to deck the width of the house. Lovely views. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two bunk beds sleeping four. There is a single bed-sitter in the lounge. Bathroom has wonderful deep Victorian tub and rain showerhead.

It's our family holiday house.

  • No Pets Allowed: sorry, just can't trust fleas.
