We are located less than 1 Mile from the Gondola, City Market, and downtown Breckenridge. Borders National Forest and Open Space for plenty of mountain privacy and accessibility to hiking/biking trails. There are great views from every room in the home.
The master bedroom will provide you with all the comfort you need including a comfortable king size bed along with a luxurious jetted tub in the master bathroom. The views from the private deck off of the master bedroom door are exquisite too.
The Private HOT TUB has incredible views of Peak 8. Enjoy the in-home theater downstairs fully equipped with surround sound. Be sure to bring your favorite movies with you to enjoy this fantastic feature of the house. There is a game room and kiddie play area stocked with toys to train sets.

Master bedroom: King bed; bunk bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and day bed with trundle
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
Main floor:
Den Bedroom 4: Queen on bottom/twin on top bunk
Walk-in level: Queen bed. This bedroom has a separate mother in law suite with it's own entrance. This quiet separate room is perfect for the late sleeper or early riser in the group.
Dogs are allowed, but we ask that you honor our request to not bring them in the house. Kennels will be provided for your dogs in the comfortable heated garage.
A 4WD is REQUIRED for this property.
