Fisher Island is the most exclusive resort community in South Florida. It is adjacent to South Beach, a seven minute ferry ride away, and downtown Miami, sitting in the mouth of the Miami port and Biscayne Bay. Fisher Island is accessible by private boat, helicopter and the security guarded ferry, which you drive your car onto and remain within. All guests must be invited - no paparazzi here!

The unit is a ground floor corner unit directly on the bay and ocean wall. Watch the dolphins feed every day and the most magnificent of tropical birds (we are a bird sanctuary). 1,250 sq. feet of wraparound terrace encloses a 2,750 square foot Mediterranean style condominium, professionally decorated with warm tones and the finest of furnishings. All flooring, appliances, counters, plumbing fixtures, systems and hardware were installed in 2004. New kitchen appliances were installed in 2008.

The living / dining areas have 4 French sliders and 2 large windows letting the gorgeous tropical setting infiltrate the home. Living room electronics include a 52" flat panel, DirecTV, CD Jukebox, DVD player, a desk/chair/printer with internet & printer and a wood burning fireplace. See the pictures for furnishings.

The master suite includes a King size Tempur-pedic bed, large dresser, armoire, 2 large side tables, 52" flat panel (DirecTV) and chair with ottoman. There is 1 large walk-in closet and another medium size closet. The master bath has a commode room with bidet, large vanity area, large closets, dual sinks, a double sized jetted bath and separate shower.

The kids room includes a full and twin bunk bed, desk and dresser with en suite bathroom and large walk in closet.

The 3rd bedroom includes a Day bed that opens as 2 twin beds or a Queen. Also included is a large built in, a 24" flat panel DirecTV TV/DVD/VCR, with an en suite bathroom with shower, and large walk in closet.

Maid service and grocery shopping during your stay can be provided at an additional hourly cost upon request.

The building has two pool and hot tub areas for your enjoyment.

You can also enjoy all the Fisher Island Club has to offer ($60/family/day fee):
** the beach club and restaurant - the coolest place to hang in all Miami or Miami Beach
** Spa Internazionale, offers spa services, a salon, and fitness center with fabulous classes and instructors all day long.
** With over 14 tennis courts (being upgraded now) you can always get a court.
** And the stunning 9 hole golf course was completely redone this year! A golf cart is provided with the unit to get you around the island.
** kids day camp during peak holiday periods and a new playground are available for your kid's enjoyment (additional fee applies).
