This house was even better than we expected! The pictures and property description were accurate. The house was Sparkling Clean when we arrived and we were shown everything we needed to know about the house when we arrived. The property manager was quickly available by phone if we needed him. He also gave us some helpful hints about the area. There is a nice notebook provided which has lot's of information about Hollywood and surrounding area. The kitchen is large and modern and very well supplied. The house is also very well supplied with linens, soaps, paper supplies and anything else one would want handy. A work desk with computer hook-up in the sitting area next to kitchen is very handy and useful. The house is uncluttered with very comfortable furniture...just enough and not too much. It's easy to keep tidy. The backyard and pool are absoutely delightful and are nicely visible through large glass doors with tall side windows. Just makes you want to get out there! Birds chirping everywhere and cute little lizards here and there; beautiful blooming tree and bushes; grass, palm trees and border plantings. The pool is a perfect size and the attached spa/whirlpool heats up in 15 minutes. A pool service and yard service keep everything clean and pretty. Convenience of grocery, Walgreen's, newstand, bank, post office, Starbucks, cleaners all within a half block made it fun to just walk to pick up something. Historic Hollywood, park at Young Circle, and many restaurants within two blocks. Golf course one block away - we played 5 times at the course. The neighborhood is beautiful all the way east to the beach and broadwalk which are very beautiful and fun also. Bike lanes everywhere including the beach. We can't wait to return next year!

I have stayed here for two weeks for the last three years. I will never stay at a hotel again. This is a terrific house and property. It's fully equipped and furnished. The kitchen has been newly remodeled and is great for cooking meals. If you don't want to cook, the house is located very close to Young Circle and walking distance to all of Hollywood's downtown restaurants. It's also walking distance (and I mean a block away) from the supermarket, so if you need something, it's minutes away on foot. The pool and spa are fantastic and private. You're not sharing with other guests so it's all yours. The beach is a little over a mile away, you can drive easily or even walk to it but better still, there is a shuttle bus stop behind the supermarket. the shuttle runs all day until 9 or 10 pm. I'll go back again and again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.
