This wonderful, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the fabulous Rancho Mirage Subdivision! The kitchen and dining area opens to the Great Room. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and can accomodate all your vacation needs. Cable television located in the great room and master bedroom. Wireless Internet included. Large landscaped yard for the kids to play or for entertaining, or just to sit outside and enjoy the Arizona weather. Full kitchen set-up and washer and dryer are located on property. Two car garage for the vehicles. The patio has covered sitting area to enjoy outside BAR-B-Q'S and the beautiful Arizona weather.

The Cleveland Indians joined the Arizona Cactus League for Spring Training in 2009. The project included both the Goodyear Ballpark - and the Indians’ Clubhouse/Player Development Facility & practice fields which was turned over to the team in August 2008.
The Cincinnati Reds, also have joined the Arizonal Cactus League for Spring Training in 2010, joining the Cleveland Indians at the Goodyear Ballpark and bringing both Ohio Major League baseball teams to Goodyear and Arizona.
The Goodyear Ballpark – has opened and is located on a 3-acre parcel southeast of the future Goodyear City Center. The stadium includes 8,000 stadium seats, 1,500 berm seats, six suites, and a proposed 400-seat party deck area.
Just south of the Ballpark, the Goodyear Recreational Sports Complex will include clubhouse/player development facilities and practice fields for each team on site of more than 100 acres. Many of these facilities will be available to the City of Goodyear outside of Spring Training season for recreational leagues and special events.
Estrella Mountain Regional Park comprises almost 20,000 acres, most of which is still pristine desert. The developed area of the Park contains 8 major mixed use trails (hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding) of more than 33 miles, a 9.5 mile competitive track, campgrounds, two baseball fields and a large horse staging area. At 30,000 acres the White Tank Mountain Regional Park is the largest in the County system. The Park features extensive campgrounds, eleven major trails and a ten mile competitive track. The barrier-free Waterfall Trail, though only one mile in length, is the most visited trail in the system, featuring trail-side petroglyphs, varied desert scenery and plants and a seasonal waterfall. The world’s largest collection of antique bibles is right here in Goodyear - located in the Grand Lobby of the Hampton Inn and Suites Hotel at 2000 N. Litchfield Rd.
The Museum has hundreds of bibles dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries as well as a 900-year-old Biblical Hebrew scroll with original Old Testament scriptures on a giant sheepskin scroll. The Bible Museum is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Located immediately north of Goodyear in Litchfield Park, the Wildlife World Zoo has Arizona's largest collection of exotic animals with over 2400 individual animals representing more than 400 exotic and endangered species.

Gila River Casinos operates three locations: Wild Horse Pass and Lone Butte off I-10 near Chandler, and Vee Quiva southwest of Phoenix near Ahwatukee. Bus transportation is available.
Phoenix International Raceway is home to a very diverse set of motorsports including NASCAR, IRL, USAC and the Grand American Rolex Series. In both the fall and the spring.
Estrella Falls is a regional shopping mall complex under development by Westcor, to be located in Goodyear, Arizona, about 20 miles west of downtown Phoenix. It is composed of two sections: one being a power centre called The Market at Estrella Falls, and the other being a mixed-use regional center which will include residential and hotel space.
Anchor stores committed to the project are Dillard's, Macy's and Harkins Theatres. Originally slated for opening in 2011.

The home is decorated in Southwest style. It is a great place for bar-b-q'ing outside and enjoying Arizona's beautiful weather. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. I think anyone who stays here will feel the comforts of home.

My name is Linda. The Goodyear home was mine before I got married in 2007. My husband, Bob and I both have homes, I chose to move into his home and rent the Goodyear home. The location is great. It is close to the new spring training ball parks. For anyone who may be interested the Cancer Treatment center is approximately 3 miles from the home. In the area there are several golf courses and a new shopping mall is now under construction. There are many great places nearby for dining out.

What a great place in a great location. All amenities where there and then some. Already pre-booked 2 months there next winter. The couple who own the house are great people. We will recommend this location to many of our patrons who will book play and stay golf packages through us. Up to 12 quality golf courses within 10 to 20 minutes from the house. Very comfy and cozy with exceptional owners. We stayed at this vacation rental for a month and loved the homey feel and atmosphere. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our children enjoyed walks, bike rides and visits to the park. Thank you Linda for a wonderful stay!

Spending the week at this lovely home in Goodyear, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was sparkling clean with fresh grapefruit and lemons for us in the kitchen. Our favorite place for reading the paper and enjoying our morning coffee was the back patio. Having a hair dryer, washer and dryer, and many more homey amenities made our stay simple and fun. Close access to shopping centers, especially the new Goodyear mall, made our time in the Phoenix area easy and worry-free. We hope to return to this comfortable home next year.

A very lovely house, warm and homey decorations, really well equipped kitchen with everything that you can think of. Large living room with very comfortable sofa, love seat and a lazy boy for you to watch cable TV. Convenient location, just off hwy 10.

For the second consecutive year we thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at this home. The home is well decorated and maintained. The immediate location is in a well maintained neighborhood which is quiet and accurately described by the owners. The home is close (less than 10 minutes) to the Goodyear Ballpark which is perfect for Ohio Spring Training fans. The area is convenient for shopping, eating out and sightseeing. The owners are cordial, helpful and willing to do whatever they can to make our stay enjoyable. We would gladly recommend this home to our friends and relatives.

Very welcoming atmosphere upon entering; soft music playing, fresh grapefruit in a bowl on the table, a large can of popcorn for us to munch, and a welcoming note on the counter. The house was more than we expected with large rooms and open space. The furnishings were very nice and the beds very comfortable. We were amazed to find so many personal things to meet our needs. The location was great as we had relatives in Glendale and a wedding to attend in Tempe. We visited all parts of the state during our month stay in January. Our 3 grown daughters visited for a long week-end and found it a great spot - they went site seeing, mountain hiking, horseback rinding, shopping, tried their luck at a casino and more during their short stay. I would definitely recommend this home and location to any one visiting Arizona. Thank-you Linda & Bob for sharing your home.

I had a lovely stay here with my family at Christmastime. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly in all of my communications with them. We arrived late at night to find the lights had been left on for us, the house was decorated for the holidays, and there was Christmas music playing in the living room. The house itself is spacious and clean with lots of little details to make it feel like home. My father, who uses a walker to get around, had no trouble navigating through the rooms. I would definitely recommend this property, and it seems like it would be great for an extended stay.

My Mother and I stayed at this lovely home while visiting family in goodyear. This home was so inviting and warm our family that we were visiting said that they wished they lived there it was just really awesome. The owners are awesome and they made us feel like family. I have never stayed anywhere not even a 5 star resort that made me feel as comfortable as this home does, we cant wait to go back.
