This newly constructed Aspen home offers the finest in construction and luxury finishes. The main level, which includes the master bedroom, great room, dining room, mudroom, kitchen and pantry, has 18 foot high vaulted tongue-and-groove wood ceilings, with spectacular views of the adjacent mountains.
The kitchen has the highest-end appliances, 2 dishwashers, central island with separate sink, and beautiful granite counter tops.
There is a large family and media room on the second level with a game table, 50" plasma TV with surround sound, remote-controlled fireplace and adjacent glass-enclosed wine room and wet bar that includes its own refrigerator, ice maker and dishwasher. With an exquisite collection of Reidel-style wine glasses and elegant dining ware, this is the perfect place for entertaining.
The audio-visual system is spectacular. Each room, including all bedrooms, has a large flat screen TV. Each level has an iPod docking station.
Each room has its own remote control which allows easy access to satellite TV, satellite radio, CD's, DVD's, and your iPod playlists. Music is played through ceiling speakers.
There is central air conditioning, humidification and, on the main level, hardwood floors with radiant heating. The large two-car garage is also heated.

One mile from downtown Aspen, this home, on the edge of national forest, has solitude and privacy, but easy access to Aspen restaurants and the Aspen Mountain ski area. For $1 per person, Mountain Valley "Dial-a-Ride" will pick you up within minutes and take you to downtown Aspen or the base of Aspen Mountain.
