This is the perfect location for your honeymoon, anniversary, or to just relax and enjoy paradise! Take advantage of all of the extras we provide so you can get the most out of your vacation. There is no need to worry about where to park as we also include FREE covered PARKING for our guests!! If you use the bus, the stop is right next to the building.

Fully remodeled in July 2008 with all new everything. Enjoy a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, furniture, and kitchen ware.

We provide on-site management in case of the unexpected. Koko Resorts, Inc. has a management office located on the 5th floor of Tower 1 in Suite 501.

We also provide other convenient amenities, free of charge, such as boogie boards, golf putters, tennis rackets, portable (folding) cribs, and high quality inflatable mattresses. Amenities can be checked out from our office on a first come basis and can be reserved in advance.

Rent direct and save! Don't pay more to settle for less. Many rentals in Waikiki have not been updated since the 1970's and it shows! We have gone out of our way to upgrade this unit to make your stay in Wakiki spectacular.

Dates are filling fast so please check the calendar and call or email now! Condo is only available from now until February 28, 2009 so book now and be sure to get the dates you want! If you are arriving within the next 30 days, please ask about our last minute specials. Coin operated laundry available one each floor. In unit laundry is not available for guest use.
