on the beach in Cancun Mexico. I would say my knowledge base of Cancun & the hotel zone is very solid. I own vacation rental property in Cancun, I have worked in Cancun, and I take a strong personal interest in each & every unit I manage in Cancun. Almost every picture you see of any one of the rentals or at any one of the resorts was taken by myself personally. I believe that I offer some services & items that currently keep us a head of our competition. These things may appear small on the surface, but I would offer for your consideration the thought that excellence can often be found in the details. For example, if you are traveling with small children, you will find a packnplay (play-pen & sleeper), a high chair & a quality stroller on hand. Or, if you would like to enjoy your favorite drinks down by the pool or beach we welcome you to use the special cooler you will find in any of our units. It is on wheels, super easy to take with you and is also very handy as a pool or beachside table. The convenience might only be outshined by the savings on drinks! This item has been pre-approved for use by the resort, when you are staying at one of our vacation rentals.
Lastly, it's important to know you are in good hands once you arrive to Cancun. Being a small company, I work with a small, tight knit group of terrific people in Cancun that are there for you, our guests. I can arrange for a trip to the Super Walmart grocery store early on in your stay if you like, which saves you money. (there are no grocery stores in the hotel zone-only convenience stores). The cost for this service is $40 & is paid directly to whomever takes you shopping. Everyone in our group in Cancun speaks terrific English and are among the nicest people I have ever known. If you have a need for babysitting services? If so, we can help. Would you like some real Mexican culture? I can arrange to send a professional chef to cook & clean up for you, & at very reasonable prices.

- If you enjoy snorkeling or fishing, one of our managers in Cancun, Mike, can take you on a private tour for much less than tour operators would charge. Mike's family has been in the fishing business for many generations. He now offers fishing and snorkeling private tours. Tours run about 5 to 6 hours, & include lunch on a private island. Plus Mike takes you where the tour operators don't so it's very peaceful and relaxing and just beautiful. His boat is shaded and seats up to 14. For reservations of 6 or more, price is $55 cash paid directly to Mike.

Why the Owner Chose Hotetur Beach Paradise
The greatest positive that came out of this whole project was it introduced us to one of the finest person's I'm sure I will ever know. His name is Mike (Miguel). Mike helped with the construction from beginning to end. He ultimately became one of our managers in Cancun and will always be, as long as he desires. What a gem of a man. I get emails praising Mike about his service and how much he meant to peoples vacation all the time.
His family has been in the fishing business for many generations. Now they take tourists fishing or snorkeling. And rest assured, when you stay with us, you get the Royal treatment plus better pricing than any tour company by far if you decide to go out with Mike on the boat for a day. His boat seats up to 14 and it's an experience I highly recommend.

Hi, I’m Tim Miller.
My brother and I first purchased our condo in Cancun in 2004. (not the unit you see here) We were excited. It needed improvement and we did the best we could on a limited budget. At the time, financing wasn’t an option for existing condos, so it was a major stretch. Shortly after completing the work, Cancun suffered it’s worst hurricane ever, hurricane Wilma in 2005. Everything inside the condo was destroyed.
We stretched even further and borrowed against everything we had to put everything back together again. Hurricane insurance is so expensive that in the long run you are better off putting the money you would pay for the premium into a savings account. However, in this case it was the short run so boy did we learn. We put our “nose to the grindstone” and we ended up making what we consider outstanding improvements to the condo. Best Place in Cancun

I don't usually write reviews about places I stay around the world but in this case I must make an exception. Four friends and I stayed at Tim's place in Cancun from Feb. 16 - 23 2010. We could not have asked for a better place. Three things stand out regarding this unit. The owner, who provided us with a vacation second to none. Tim is informative, reliable and most of all honest. He provided us with enough local information to move there and for that I thank him. Tim's staff were personable, friendly and just a phone call away. The second is the quality of the penthouse unit. There was ample space with all the comforts of home and a view that you have to see to believe. In my opinion it's the best view of the beach in Cancun. The third thing is the price. If you have a group or a large family you will love this unit. We actually saved money by renting this unit. For those of you out there who are skeptical, as i am you can't go wrong. Do yourself a favour and call or email Tim, your vacation will be easier to plan, easier to execute and you will have a much better experience in Cancun. In closing I just want to talk about security since it takes most of the headlines these days. The security at the hotel is exceptional and very tight. Hotel staff, local police and the military all play an important role in keeping patrons safe.. Being in Law Enforcement I can tell you without reservation, these people are on the ball. Scheduling the condo was the first indication of how great the overall experience would be. We were able to receive quick responses to all of our questions prior to arriving. This made it very easy for our group to prepare for the trip. The management went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable upon arrival. When we arrived we were very impressed with the hospitality and overall accommodations. The unit was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. While we enjoyed the activities (pool, beach, etc) on-site, the condo was centrally located and a quick trip to many off-property activities. In addition to the accommodations we had the best on-site service. Someone was available to help us with grocery runs and to educate us on the area. The overall experience was much more than we ever expected. Service Service Service! And on top of that a Beautiful property. I highly recomend this property and group to anyone that wants a get away where you do not have to worry! This group knows how to take care of it's guests and the Condo is all the pictures make it out to be, and more. The view from the balcony is better than the pictures show. The beaches are clean and not crowded. The extra service of a grocery run is perfect. If you get something for the mornings, you will never need the all inclusive the hotel offers.
