Sharon's spacious Wailea Ekolu Condominium is a 1400-square-foot, two bedroom, two bath, ocean view condominium, occupying the ground floor of a two-story building. It accommodates four people comfortably. It is fully appointed and includes phone, radio/CD player, cable TV, DVD, electric BBQ on lanai and personal touches for your enjoyment and convenience.

There is a full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils. Small appliances such as coffeemaker, toaster, blender, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board are also provided. Towels, linens, and beach towels are included.

There is a fun closet with beach chairs, picnic coolers, a few board games, and lots of novels. The unit has three private lanais (patios), two full baths, and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The condominium is cooled by ceiling fans and tropical breezes (no air conditioning).

This condominium is privately owned and cared for. Sharon is able to offer very attractive rates since she does not use a rental agency. In addition, she has her friend, Liz, here on the island to help you with your immediate needs, check in/out cleaning, and any maintenance during your stay. The condominium is clean when you arrive and it is cleaned again when you leave.

The Ekolu Village has charcoal barbecue areas in a garden setting overlooking the golf course and ocean. Ekolu 807 has your own private electric BBQ on the lanai for candlelight dinners. The building is two-stories (low rise). Landscaping is gorgeous. Orchids grow in a tree right outside the front entrance to the condo. Ekolu has 2 pool areas and the closest one to the condo is a 60 second walk away!

Guests staying in Sharon's Wailea condominium are given special discounts for golf. The condo is a 15-minute walk from the beach; but most people drive their car as there is public parking at the beaches. Wailea has five beautiful beaches along a mile and a half of coastline!

Sharon, along with her husband and daughter, travel from California to stay in her condominium a couple times a year and consider it their second home. The condo has everything you need for your Maui vacation.

  • We love this place! My wife and I rented Ekolu 807 for three weeks in the summer of 2005 and now we are back for a the full month of July, 2007. We really enjoy the peace and quiet, the beautiful grounds, the comfortable condominium, and the nearby beaches. We swim in the ocean, usually at Ulua Beach, for one hour or more each morning at 7:30. Somedays we go to Honolua Bay for our swim. Ekolu 807 is perfect, and we look forward to another month's stay someday. And our thanks to Liz Ashley for the ease of booking this condominium.
