Our vacation home is on the 14th floor and is professionally furnished with many upgrades throughout. Once you stay in our unit, when it comes time to leave, you already are planning your next trip back.
The master bedroom includes a premium extra thick pillow top queen size bed with dresser and night stands, TV/DVD player, clock radio and closet. This room includes a private vanity and toilet and access to the full bathroom which is also accessed from the hallway. The view from the bedroom is equally impressive as a look from the window will offer one a wonderful view across the Seascape Golf course and out to the Choctowatchee Bay.
The living room features a large sleeper/sofa, dual chairs with ottomans, and a beautiful entertainment center which houses a flat screen TV with DVD player. A floor to ceiling sliding glass door opens from the living room to the patio and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. We also offer free, wireless Internet service.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel GE Profile appliances which includes a 26-inch side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, blender, coffee maker, toaster, can opener and cutlery set for optimum convenience.
The two built-in bunk beds mattresses are sure to keep the kids deep asleep after a long day at the beach, and another couple can comfortably sleep on the pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The unit also includes a GE washer and dryer.
We have also upgraded the unit with the most advanced keyless entry door system so there will never be any hassles with swipe cards that don't work or hassles with lock boxes. We will simply furnish you your own personal key door codes for your vacation with us.
Ariel Dunes is a brand new 24 story tower that is the tallest in Destin! Your views are what Donald Trump is used to seeing! The two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains. As an added benefit, one of the pools is heated. Great for the little ones is the zero entry level pool with the “Mushroom Fountain.” The pool is gently graded from entering into one inch of water cascading down to five feet.
The newly-opened Cabana Cafe, located pool-side on the ground level of Ariel Dunes, offers a full service bar and restaurant and even provides room service! So whether you're looking for a pool-side refreshment or snack, or want dinner delivered to you, the convenience of the Cabana Cafe cannot be matched! You can also enjoy the free use of the onsite fitness center, just completed in the summer of 2009.
The resort area features an affordable 18-hole championship golf course and driving range, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, beach service, water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Our first trip to Destin was fantastic!!! The place is great for vacationing because everything is soooo close. The property was clean and the description of the condo is right on except that the beach walk is actually closer than it looks in the picture?. The owner helped us out on local places to go, which helped because we did have two rainy days during our stay. We have two boys (7 & 5) and they loved the beach, pools, and their bunk beds. It was nice to be able to eat breakfast and lunch in the condo with all the amenities to cook right at your fingertips. We went out to dinner each night but we could have grilled out by the pool or we could have cooked but just decide to see the town since it was our first time. I would HIGHLY recommend eating at Pompano Joe's and McGuire’s Irish Pub, fantastic food with different types of atmosphere. I would definitely rent from these owners again because they are very helpful and made our first time in Destin a great one! The only negative I have is that since I am writing this that means we had to leave?.

This room was just like the pics portrayed, no disappointments.. Clean, everything was in great shape and plenty of utensils furnished to cook any meal.. The View was great and just a short walk to the beach.. We fell in love with the Cabana Cafe below the condo.. great food (PIZZA especially), good drinks, live music and easy on the wallet.. The only complaint we had the whole trip, which probably would have lead to us staying somewhere else is that the heated pool had been turned off for the summer. We weren't informed before the trip. The ocean and surrounding pools were almost too cold to swim in leading to my head cold the week after we returned.. But overall a great place to stay. The golf course was in good shape as well. Would stay there again.

We stayed in the condo the first week of August, and had a great time. The condo is exactly as described and pictured here. Andrea was so great to work with and helpful with all the suggestions of activities and things to do in the area. The views were spectacular (Dolphins+Beach+Sunset = AMAZING!), the bed was comfortable (ie we usually slept in longer than we expected), the condo clean, and the amenities very nice (pool was crystal clear and warm!) The kitchen was nice to have (we brought a collapesable cooler and got groceries for breakfast and lunch for the week which saved us a TON as opposed to eating out three meals a day). In all, a very nice trip. We would definitely recommend this condo, the Ariel Dunes, and Destin!!

My family's vacation at Ariel Dunes 14th floor condo was great. The condo itself was accurately described and in very good condition. The view off the balcony was beautiful. On two mornings we saw dolphins in the Gulf. We chose this condo for its convenient location to great shopping and wonderful restaurants. The pools were of great size and were very clean. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

We had a awesome vacation in Destin! The condo was perfect for our family, our two children loved it!! It was very clean and the complex was beautiful! Our children LOVED the pools, both were so clean and well-maintained! The location and view from the condo was great! The owners were so nice to work with and we greatly appreciated the area recommendations they gave us, so helpful! We had a great time on our vacation! The condo was very clean and the view was awesome! The keyless entry for the condo was great too, less hassile and worry. The complex was well-maintained and incredible, two large pools, the kids had so much fun! The owners were extremely helpful and nice to work with, especially with all the suggestions for things to do in the area.
