  • Dear Jon: We rent vacation properties with some regularity but I must say dealing with you has been one of our best experiences. I appreciate how responsive, flexible and helpful you were through the whole process. Thank you. One challenge we have faced in the past is rentals not looking like they were represented. Your place was as lovely as it looked on your site. We had everything we needed and more and especially appreciate the quality of the furnishings, linens and housewares. Everything is first class. The information binder is wonderful both for condo and area info. Two highlights of our trip were visiting one of the state parks and Fallingwater. We never would have known they were closeby if you hadn't included them. Thanks. If we come back to the area you would always be our first choice for Deep Creek Lake. Warmly, Elizabeth
