  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunplace #29 was ideal for our Valentine weekend getaway with my parents and two children. The accomodations were great and the condo was the perfect size. Three things I would want other renters to know is: 1. There are a lot of steps leading up to the condo and once inside the condo there are three (small) flights of stairs. There is a flight of stairs leading to each of the three levels. We were fine with the stairs but if you have elderly people staying with you it may be difficult for them. 2. The room with the bunk beds is essentially an open loft. There is a large cut out "window" overlooking the kitchen. It is a cute design; however my children stayed in that room and I think that they would have gotten more sleep had they not been able to hear the early morning risers in the kitchen. 3. The community pool is freezing!! Granted we visited the condo in the winter, but there was no way a person could take an enjoyable swim indoors in that water. My kids were disappointed that they didn't get to swim. Overall, I would defintely recommend this condo to my firends and I would stay again without hesitation if the property was available on dates I was interetsed in visiting WISP. We had a lot of fun and the location is SO handy. You are minutes away from WISP and one of our favorite restaurants- Blackbear!

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place is really nice. Less than a 5-minute drive to Wisp! The dining/living area, kitchen, and master suite are clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable, just as pictured. Lots of little unexpected ammenities like the Wii and Keurig. Fully stocked with plenty of cookware and new appliances. It's a split-level, so we liked that each bedroom/bath are on their own 'floor'. But calling it a 3-bedroom is misleading. It is really 2 bedrooms, plus a loft that has a BIG opening overlooking the kitchen/living area. So there is no privacy in the loft. Those people can't really go to sleep until everyone else does, as any noise and light in the kitchen will keep them awake. It would be much better if they installed some sliding panels or shutters so that the opening could be closed off at night. The bunkbed mattresses were also worn out and uncomfortable, but would probably be good enough for kids. As long as you know about the loft privacy issues going in, you should be very happy here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great stay and comfortable condo. We had great weather and the fireplace was wonderful. A couple of negatives were: most of the dishes were dirty, which was gross and the second/queen bedroom could use an updated bed. The downstairs/king bedroom was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great as always. We have stayed here before and will stay again. Our only request would be the addition of curtains in the loft area so early risers don't wake those in the bunk beds. The hot water in the shower was tepid. I think someone was playing withthe got water max temp previous to our arrival.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful, clean well suppleid. The only disappointment was the fact that the house was located across the street from the lake, this fact was not made clear to us. We also specifically inquired about the use of the shared dock space and found the information misleading. We adapted, and had a great vacation in spite of this. We would not have bothered to tote our kayaks and jon boat if the information had been more upfront.

The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cable is a very basic package almost as bad as the old tv stations with minimum selections. Need to update towels as they were old. AC unit in living room leaked and it wasn't a lake front property as we thought. Good stuff-Nice place overall, nice kitchen, and very nice master bath.

Reviewer Comments: We chose Deep Creek to get away as a last hurrah before our second baby arrives - we really wanted a place we knew we could spend a lot of time in (good furnishings, good open kitchen, etc) - and this place was it. We could all spend time together but doing different things in the main, open LR/DR/Kitchen. It was warm and comfortable - perfect for our 4 nights vacation.
